Worst company ever. Had a car booked from Belfast international. Didn't have my booking ref but called give all my details and they said we don't have a booking. Walked around for 2 hours until we paid £130 for a new car. Got home and the booking was with these crooks! Called and the man I spoke with was rude, talked over me and said if I made a booking through a broker I should try for my money back from them! It was easirent who made this error and left us out in the cold! Not even a sorry! Even tried to tell me first of all we made the booking for February which I corrected them with a copy of their own email!

I've dealt with the los angeles inglewood location. They require local renters in California to have "transferrable insurance" which I think has no relevance on car rental or provides any more liability than what you can purchase through them. I think they are just trying to hinder local drivers from renting. So if you are a local driver, I would recommend not waste my time renting from them. I have dealt with Hertz and they are much easier company to rent from and in my opinion, no hassle renting.

I rented a car for 3 days via haywire and got a reasonable rate $113, although I have never heard of this company before I thought it was a good deal. When I returned the car, I received an invoice within 24hrs for $281. I contacted the agency they told me I was charged $150 for the smoke smell and normally it's $250. "I don't even smoke". This company is a rip off and very bad business.

Rented a car here last week for myself and my family. I want to note, the rent cost me quite inexpensive, since I took the car for the whole day. It was a real celebration for the family. We visited a lot of interesting places and were very pleased

This car rental company does not even deserve a one star. I would give it a negative rating if I could. I am appalled by this location and their horrible customer service. DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. PAY the extra money and go to Hertz, Budget or Enterprise, any well-known company that would be worth your buck! It is not worth it, this is a fraudulent company!

First, when we picked up the car, it had a disgusting smell, NO gas was left in the vehicle, the interior of the vehicle was disgusting and not even cleaned. They also told us to fill the gas up ourselves.

This place shouldn't even call themselves a PREMIUM location when they're not directly by the well known rental places at the Airport. You have to contact them for a damn shuttle when you arrive, this was not confirmed with me during my booking. AND They charge an extra percentage for being near the airport, well they can take that percentage and shove it up their disgusting $#*!.

Me and a couple friends booked this place through Rentalcars.com. The price that was given to us through my email confirmation ended up NOT being the price they charged us when we returned the car. They literally overcharged us and stole over $80 from us because they made up some stupid price on their system that they are "unable to change". We told them they should honor that price because that's their job to honor the price that was sent to me through my email and my booking, they rudely refused. We told them they should call Rentalcars.com for us, they refused. We even asked for a copy of the invoice and they wouldn't show us unless we paid for the overpriced total. They wouldn't even split the cost into three for us through debit/visa because the brown guy was just finding any way to be a $#*! (pardon my language). They even tried to charge us an extra $10 because we were standing up to them. This place is disgusting stealing from innocent people's hard earned money.

As well, the asian girl and the brown guy there-- I don't even know why the hell they are even in the customer service industry, they are rude, disrespectful and uneducated human beings. I have been in the customer service industry for 16 years and this is byfar the most disgusting, unethical, fraudulent company EVER. They are DISGUSTING. If anyone has authority in Toronto and can make a difference, please shut this place down. They do not deserve their jobs nor the customers.

Seriously, save your money guys.

DON'T RENT A CAR FROM E-Z they are a bait and switch company. I was quoted less that $300.00 both on line and by the sales person at the counter for a 9 day rental. My credit card was charged more than $1,100.00. When I called to try and dispute the charges I was tranferrd to a recording that lasted for more than 2 hours and then I was disconnected after giving them all my information and no one tried to return my call. After many attempts to speak to somone that would help and over 2 days of phone calls and recordings. A manager told me I should have read my contract better. They fianly agreed to remove a little over $300.00 of the more than $800.00 of over charges. Not a good company to do business with!
