Caulipower pizza is a great idea and I've tried it and it tastes great but on the other hand some people are promoting it as a low carb substitute for regular pizza and I disagree with that. Although it states on the front that the sugar is only 2 grams per serving, which is good, the total carbs are almost 40 grams (37) which is not so good. People that are on low carbohydrate diets usually limit total carbs for a day to 40 maximum and so although this might be good for an occasional treat (maybe once per month) it is not a good staple for those concerned with carb intake (people on keto diet, diabetics, other low carb diets). Making your own cauli pizza or seeking and researching competitive products is still desirable. This might be a temporary solution but not final. Another competitive product has 9 grams TOTAL carbs and sometimes you can find good pizza with ultra-thin crusts (which is where most of the carbs are usually at due to wheat flour). Just don't grab this thinking it is an ideal solution to fix your craving for pizza while avoiding excess carbs because the nutrient label will tell you otherwise and they don't put that on the front with the rest of the nutrition information. Most people will stop reading when they read 2 grams of sugar because that fits part of their agenda and don't want to take a chance of reading something contrary to that agenda. Others will investigate further and discover much higher carb content than 2 grams of sugar suggests. I tried to warn others of this in Amazon but they rejected my review since it wasn't conducive to their profit seeking motives.
