I ordered a gorgeous, heart shaped standing bouquet for the funeral service of a beloved auntie since I could not b there in person. The process to order & send to service site was so easy. A family member who did attend the service said the arrangement was beautiful. The company also notified me that the arrangement had been delivered. Thank u for making this process easy to complete.

I placed an order for a simple vase of flowers & the order was never filled. At the funeral, I continued to look for my flowers thinking perhaps they were delivered to the house. Receiving an email 2 days later stating that my oder was not possible to fill really made me angry & forced me to place a call of apology to the deceased's wife. Don't use this business. You can't REST IN PEACE knowing your order will be delivered.

Thank you for making the choice and delivery options easy! The flowers were on time, and as far as the pictures tell me were fresh. Would've liked a couple more color options. I chose white because we didn't want peach/pinky ones or the patriotic red, white, and blue. Other than that, your service was great. Thank you for making it so easy to send from another state.

The funeral was in Canada and I am in the United States. I wanted something very special as it was my dear bothers funeral. The Echovita's site had many choices. I chose the heart wreath. I watched the service via u tube and there was the wreath on the alter. It was magnificent! The flowers all white and the heart shape expressed my love and those of my family. The experience was so easy and turned out so well. I would use this service again. Gets an A+ from me.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered flowers for the wake of a dear friend of my wife's in Florida as we could not attend the service. A week AFTER the service I get notified they couldn't fill my flower order. Obviously it was too late to make any other arrangements. Since I ordered a day or two before the service, and they charged my credit card, they should have notified me immediately. Would never use the service again.

It is unacceptable for a customer to be informed that their order couldn't be fulfilled after the service, let alone, a week later. If the local florist wasn't able to fulfill the order, they should have known that when they were assigned your order, unless of an emergency, however, I don't see how this is possible when you are notified 1 week later. I ordered an arrangement through the website. When I arrived at the wake I was mortified to see my name on a large arrangement that was not finished. The arrangement ( large floral spray) had no bordering greens making it look cheap and ridiculous. The florist used gave me a 30% refund for the error which was not nearly enough for the embarrassment alone.

I was not happy with the service. After putting in my order and getting confirmation that it went thru and was in process...got an email after the funeral services that the flowers were intended for, that the order was canceled due to no florist. This was very upsetting as then the family did not receive the love and support from our flowers that we wanted. And the timing of the email was not the best as if I would have known earlier, I could have made other arrangements.

I ordered an arrangement for an event. The large, beautiful arrangement was delivered beautifully and on time. However, the plastic liner of the basket that the arrangement was in had a leak. After the funeral, the family took the flowers home and discovered this. I contacted Echovita expressing my disappointment that the family would not be able to enjoy the flowers for long. Echovita refunded my money, even though I had not requested this and did not even expect such generous compensation.

This company is rehashing obituaries without permission and then apparently selling flowers for the funeral. This has been upsetting for the family and I can't believe someone would take advantage of a family's loss like this! Please remove my grandma Sherry's obit!

When obituaries are posted on the internet, we further share the basic facts only in a death notice format to inform society of who has passed away. We organize all obituaries and death notices by city, so that people can see who passed away daily in selected cities of their choice with a free subscription. We do this in an effort to create as much support as possible for families. People can share their condolences for free with the family via email or social media. Families can post full obituaries on our website for free or submit the full obituary to be shared by us and replace the pre-existing death notice. Families can then claim the obituary with proper proof, such as a photo of the death certificate to receive money raised through sales or donate it towards a charity of their choosing. Pictures can be posted to create a memorial page for free by friends and family. Any modifications, corrections, or requests for removal by the family or their representative are completed immediately upon receiving notification.
