My credit card was used not once, twice, or three times, but four times using this website billing company, and they will only refund me for one of the charges. When asked for details regarding the individuals who used my card, I was told they could not provide that information since it was used to purchase subscriptions on Eplay.com.
After some going back and forth, I just received this message, "We show a email of: *******@WIRECONNECTED.COM listed on the subscription with a different name. It appears as someone else has gotten your card information. Due to this we have escalated this directly to the website: E-Play for all charges on the account."
I have no idea who this is or how they got my information. Buyers and card holders beware that people are accessing your information.
