I have had the worst experience with this website. I ordered two items from them for Xmas approximately 2 weeks prior. I was suspect when I did not get an email confirmation. They hit my charge card immediately and added $1.50 to the bill that I had agreed to. The next day there was another charge on my credit card related to this website. It was a fee for currency exchange rate. Apparently, this website is not in the U.S.A. I feel that they misrepresented themselves. The only way that you can communicate with them is throught email, and they have ignored all of my emails to them. I contacted my credit card provider, and I have to wait thirty days before I can do anything to get my money back. Beware, the customer is not number one in their eye. Your money is!
OMG... I ordered $195 worth of merchandise from this site almost a month ago, and I have NOT received anything! They took the money from my account the same day of ordering... there is not a customer service department, or ANY phone number to call for that matter! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I will shut it down, somehow - even if I have to complain to the entire world!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN! I ordered a couple different items from this website thinking that they were REAL coach bags and BEWARE! The are totally fake i promise! Don't waste you time or money... go to a legit Coach Outlet Store if you are looking for deal otherwise you will be stuck with a cheap knock off! It was a true disappointment but I should have known better! That material of all the bags are HORRIBLE! The items come from China and you will never get in touch with anyone from the company because the one bit of contact information is their email address in which you can write all you want but they will NOT respond! If you are looking for a bad knock off this is your place to go because that is the one thing they can guarentee if they do manage to get your package to you.
