I purchased a rain jacket on line. Received a women's sweater. Called customer service to return item. Returned the item with the FedEx label provided by EB. EB received the returned as noted by their email to me. EB never credited my credit card. The item was paid for via PayPal. EB said to contact PayPal for the refund. PayPal told me to get the refund through EB. This went round and round until I finally gave up and realized EB basically stole in excess of $100 from me. Never again will I purchase anything from EB again. Wish I had looked up all the horrible reviews on this site before I made the purchase.
