I'm really mad about edjing app so I decided to leave a review here. I opened the app, and immediately was asked to subscribe. I wanted to continue with the free limited version. I looked for a "X" to close the banner, but there is none. When I clicked on Free Trial they asked my card details. What? You have to use Free Trial which is paid, or delete the app. That's totally different of what the developers say.

The problem of this app is that in the App Store it is mentioned that the app is free however it cannot be used for free without subscription. Earlier the app had X button so you could close the banner however now there is such possibility. There is just no button that can close the banner that's why I decided to write the review on these site so I hope the developers will read that and change the screen or at least mention that the app is paid because right now the description is wrong. Be careful, guys.
I would like to say one thing: the banner of this app is fake one. I think so because this app is "free" (as developers and store say). However when you decide to try free trial you need to provide the app with your payment details. I didn't find any any explanations so I give this app one star.
Two years ago, I paid for Edjing's 'Pro' features. I was under the impression that the 'one-time' nature of this one-time purchase would be honoured.
I have since changed my Google Play account. However, my email remains the same. Yet, Edjing claims to not keep purchase records and has informed me that I must once again pay to reactive my 'Pro' version.
I have been made to go through my personal invoices, hoping to find evidence of an in-app purchase I made years ago.
As a small business owner, I find Edjing's protocol of not keeping records to be irresponsible. The onus should not be on the consumer to have this information on hand. All companies should have records of their clients' names, emails, etc.
I have been deeply disappointed by my frustrating interactions with their customer service. Now, my final option is to publicly publish my experiences in hopes of gaining Edjing's attention and restoring my purchase.
This is not a stage any company wants their customers to reach.
