I requested help on two different assignments and after being assigned two different tutors, neither tutor could help me with the assignments. I requested my money back and have yet to receive it. Customer Service is horrible and it was truly a waste of time and money. Save yourself some trouble and find another tutoring service.

I tried their unlimited tutoring program – for $99/month. The tutor was awesome, my grades improved! They offer tutoring with voice and student can review sessions.

I am loving online tutoring for my son he enjoys every minute of it. He has been improving in his reading. Thanks to his tutor Nick he has gone up two level in his reading. Thank you!

The only reason I did think of its tutoring program; offers Good money. They had indeed pretty good reviews all over. Turns out, No money you earned through Eduwizards is good as it is not payable to you. They cheat on you.

Apparently, the management process is not at all fair and transparent. They do as it pleases' them, can keep you waiting for weeks & months after the due date for payments; with no legitimate remarks.

The management is the most responsible for downfall of the company (including some of the Senior Officials as well). The customer service is worst in my personal experience. They make you feel helpless. -_-
