Claimed the payment for the clothing item did not go through as they did not recognise the bank. In fact they charged £100 without any authentication. Later found the deduction on my statement. No confirmation email, no tracking, no goods. Reported this to the fraud department of my bank.
I ordered a set of earrings to replace one of a pair that my wife lost. I received a truly awful substitute, wrong colour, wrong shade. No easy way to get a refund.
Lesson learned, check for reviews before parting with any money.
I bought and paid for two red wigs which equaled $97. They sent me two black ponytails worth $12. When I asked for my money back or the correct merchandise they said to send my order form and proof, so I did. Now I don't hear from them at all. I used my paypal account to purchase from them so I sent a report to Paypal to handle this. NEXT is the Better Business Burea!

Bought LV handbag and sunglasses 16 August 2012, £240. Arrived 3 weeks later obvious fake and the cheapest quality. Handbag was not the one ordered. Generic email asking nature of complaint. Emails back and forth with no resolution despite the "Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee". Long story short, advised by bank to return goods and retain proof of purchase. Money taken from Efashions 20 November 2012. They do not refund they are complete fake from start to finish. NEVER AGAIN and TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

I have purchased a Chanel bag from this site and reading through these reviews i am now worried. Has anyone had any good experiences from this site? Are the items legitimate?
I recently purchased a bag. I received the wrong colour and it wasn't leather. I contacted the company, and received a generic automated email reply. I have requested a refund on a number of emails( as their website clearly states they will refund items). I have received no reply from them and no replacement. They are not replying to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I found this site advertising on a reputable Australian website, (ninemsn.com.au), and trusted it. The site states that they only sell genuine items. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and it has been delivered only to find that it is a long way short of L V quality. I have taken photos of the bag and will be sending them on to whoever needs them to stop this site from trading
