I ordered 43 items yesterday for my son's birthday today but 34 items was delivered. A big birthday cake, 2 packs of cup cakes, 5 different biscuits and a pack of doughnut all from Asda were not delivered. I requested for refund and all they told me was to forget about my money and that policy do not allow them to tell me the reason of not getting my order. I really do not understand their policy because this is no more policy but an act of theft. I requested a proof. How can I order and the driver did not deliver all. Birthday cake and other items for the celebration.
They cannot investigate and get my items delivered or refunded. They were telling me it is policy. They are stealing and saying it is policy. I asked to speak with someone. This is really a poor service. I regretted following into this trap again. This is the second time I am falling into the trap. I have requested for a proof for the delivery.No delivery note and they do not always wait for us to confirm the order.This is the height of it. They have closed my case without resolving it.

Hi I bought hair from these people 2 times the first time the hair was frizzy and sheds like crazy then she said she would give me a discount I believe her then she would send me 20A hair witch was a lie the hair was just as bad as the first time, I can't even return it this person the name she used is alisa and I don't think it's even the person real name there all a scam China and there hair sales is a scam and so is this company king hair I'm a stylist for 20years this is the worst hair I have ever purchased buy cheap frizzy hair that's sheds like crazy after installed Wen you buy from someone you don't know always read all reviews you will always find a real review like mine, it will save you lots of money don't waist your money you will loose!
