I've been searching for a long time for someone to help me recovery money that I've lost, I spoke to many different companies and asked questions, but I kept getting angry replies and sales people trying to just get me to pay, no one really cared about my case.
When I spoke to Ellis and Burlington for the first time they didn't even talk to me about money, they wanted to understand my case and see how they can help me, they provided me with all possible options for a full recovery including options on how to recover my money for free by myself. After doing some due diligence I decided that the smart move will be to let Ellis and Burlington take my case, due to their vast experience in online frauds. As of today I already received 70% of my money back and I'm glad I spoke to Ellis and Burlington to take the case. They showed professionalism through out the whole case from start till now, we're expecting all the money to arrive back by the next 2 weeks, I will update my review once that happens.

From signing up and paying a deposit, this company went silent (despite a number or emails and phone calls) that made me feel defrauded. I then attempted to cancel payment and subsequently requested a refund and Ellis and Burlington refused, citing their web site (my duty to check their hours of operation that does not include a 1/2 day on Friday or all of it not sure). Very disappointed with money wasted on these heathens, and recommend you keep clear of them..

They promised i would get my money back in 30 days... still after 7 months = 0 money returned. LIARS. This ``company`` (scammers) didn't do a single thing they promised. Only took my money and disappeared like all other scammers. This company promised to help me but they are literally just finding new excuses every single day to avoid doing the work I paid. I would give them 0 stars if possible

Give me my money back! I got nothing but a 1 page template with someone elses name and case details. I paid you 10K for this letter with weird grammar mistakes. You must me outsourcing to India or something. This is not the service I was promised before I paid

Paid big money and had 2 letters from them to use against the bank. Was with Elizabeth first for 2 weeks and then Isaac. Then there was no response. Ripped me off when I was at a low point. They are all connected the scammers and them. Avoid. You never get your money back.

A lot of the reviews here seem to be fake because I received great service from them and managed to get my money back in less then 3 months

Unfortunately, also a scam:
At the beginning very hopeful and through real written texts very confidence inspiring and convincing, however, one day the clerk was changed and from then on nothing went on.
The most ridiculous part began as this "new" clerk kept asking me to be patient for results.
She could "give me more information about my case next week"... she emailed me.
Are these people, at this company, who can't manage their time properly, or is this whole thing just a deeper thought out scam?
We will probably never know...
User's recommendation: Leave such companys dying and think about your faults: Prevent them.

After paying £3,500 and receiving a template letter for my bank after a scam company targeted me. The help stopped. I have requested a refund but the company isn't returning emails. Talk a good show but you will find that the tele sales front guys quickly disappear

This company is a scam to take your money! They will only tell you what you want to hear until they have your money and no longer can contact them via email or phone call! They can not be trusted! Do not pay the the 10% the ask for up front! All Lies! If i could i wouldn't even give them one star... these people need to be locked away for fraud! They told me the could help me retrieve a lost bitcoin to another scam... then they turned around all apologetic and told me they could no longer help me after they had received my payment, telling me they would refund the money back not my account. Of course this did not happen. After this last phone call i could no longer get hold of them! Do not fall into their trap!

They are people who steal money, making false promises to help people in trouble, I feel cheated by them I lost more than 20,000 Euros with them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

They helped me recover my money back from an investment gone bad they helped me from start to finish. And were very pleasant throughout the process. If you need help getting money back I would tell you to go to them.

They helped me get out of a lot of trouble by getting my money back, I really appreciate the help I got and I know I would not be in the same place today if I hadn't found you when I lost my money. Was worth every penny I paid for the help.

Do not do business with these people. Try and swindle you into hefty up front fees, guilt you when you don't want to pay.

1 month ago I received two bank SMS messages asking me to verify transactions which I thought to be fraudulent, after doing some checks I noticed that a trading company I was investing with had been deducting money from my account every week without my authorization, I telephoned my bank and the lines were busy it took forever for them to answer and once they did they were no help at all, they told me nothing can be done and I should watch over my account better, I thought I lost a lot of money and everything was my fault.
Later that day I went online and searched for help or any information on what to do in these situations and I came across Ellis and Burlington, after phoning them my concerns were addressed fast. At first I was skeptical working with a company from Israel because I was scared they wouldn't be able to contact my bank in time, but it turned out literally perfect.
I have done a dispute with Ellis and Burlington and I'm overwhelmed by the quality of the work they have been doing, the value of the service you get for what you pay is just incredible, they make sure to hold your hand and guide you through the whole process until your money is back in your account. They never give up and fight as if they know you personally for years, I felt such a good and personal connection to the agents working my case and I even ended up sending a friend of mine who lives in Israel to meet them. Very professional and straight forward people we need more people in this world like the people who work there, compassionate and helpful. I would like to thank the whole team of Ellis and Burlington for helping me get back on track and recovering my money. It's very hard for me to write all of this because I need to explain how one of the worst things that could happen to me happened, I was looking for ways to get a passive income so I can get myself ready for retirement, and that's when I came across Affluent Trade, I told them that I'm originally from Canada and I moved to Finland for work and told them about my family friends and what I do today, the agent on the other side named Ron sounded so genuine and friendly that I just had no way of not being completely honest with him. Me and Ron became friends we were talking about meeting each other for a beer and how he will help me become rich through investing my money. The investing began around March and went on for a few months, the profits looked great and everything looked like it is working out just like Ron said it would. That's when I was asked to add more money to my investment and as any normal person who sees the returns he's making I would go on to add much more. Everything went bad when I asked to withdraw some of the funds for a personal matter, Ron kept making excuses about why it isn't possible and asked me to add more money before I lose everything we made and more. I told him that adding more money isn't an option right now it might be an option down the line once I get more money, and explained to him that at this time I only need to withdraw a portion of my trading account. I noticed that I'm having a lot of trouble trying to arrange a withdraw and I didn't understand why because that account was very profitable, I didn't ask for the full amount I asked for a portion of the money only. After noticing that the withdraw isn't going to arrive and Affluent Trade started passing me around different agents that made different excuses I contacted Ellis and Burlington, I had a call with one of there people at the Case Assessment Department, and after a conversation in which they have explained to me exactly what happened and who these people are, I decided to let Ellis and Burlington take control of the situation. At first I didn't believe that the funds can be recovered, and I was extremely skeptical but today I'm happy with the decision I made and can say that my money is back where it belongs due to Ellis and Burlington and that's in my bank account. They worked extremely hard and long to get my money back, even when we hit brick walls and it all looked like its over they managed to destroy that wall and move forward. I'm not one who leaves reviews regarding services, but after receiving the help I received from this firm I wanted to leave the most honest feedback I can. They deserve every single good review that they have and even more. 5 stars from me!

A trading company contacted me and asked me to invest my money with them, they sold me a dream of becoming rich in no time and being financially stable.
I believed in what they said and jumped straight into everything they told me. I made a lot of profit and when I tried to withdraw that's when everything went bad. They kept on asking for more and more fees to try and take more money from me I didn't know what to do. I found Ellis and Burlington online and did my research about them to make sure they are legit and after all my checks it looked as if they are 100% legit company, so I put my trust in them and let them take my case. I'm giving them 5 stars today because after sometime we finally managed to get my money back.

I think they are over loaded with work and under staffed. I was promised a few things, but the latest was a letter to the bank which I still have not received even though I was promised on the same day the letter. Ariel who I was dealing with also said she put an application to the ombudsman. But she has not sent me the copy of the paperwork as proof. I think she tells me things means to do it but for gets, because she has so much work! I paid them $1000! AUD

I met Ellis and Burlington because one of my good friends from Netherlands got scammed for her life savings and pension, she did some research and found Ellis and Burlington online and after she spoke to them she felt as if they can help her recover all her lost funds, but she didn't trust anyone due to what she went through. She called me because she noticed that I live near their office and that I can actually go visit them and see if they are who they say they are, so I called in scheduled a time to meet them and came in to the office, their office was very professional the agents were polite and confident in her case, after speaking to them for some time I felt as if they can really do what they say they do.
