E-Meals

I called in 2021 (back when you could only call to cancel) to cancel my account. I was shocked when I saw on my bank statement that I was charged and when I requested a refund, as my account hadn't been correctly cancelled nor did eMeals ever notify me of the upcoming charge or once the charge had been cancelled, but eMeals refused to refund me and refused to respond to any of my subsequent messages. I then had to dispute my charge with the bank, and eMeals straight up lied about my account, and forced me to have to file a BBB complaint. In responding to my complaint, they continuously lied about the status of my account. They even argued with me when I informed them they used the wrong name for me! As if I don't know my own name! I don't like to complain, but this is truly the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. It is unbelievable the lengths they will go to lie and argue their way towards ripping off their customers. If you are thinking of signing up, please don't. I sincerely regret the day I did.

EMeals is exactly what I needed to get... Thank you for your online service. I have tried other alternative services but none of them even come close to yours

I love this site! After comparing several other menu & recipe planning websites we decided to sign up with this one.

Here is why I like it:
-Detailed shopping
-Menu is delicious about 90% of the time, out of the ones we have made, we've only had one sub-par dinner
-Teaches you new ways to cook and how to think outside of the box
-Variety of menus that you can choose from weekly
- Meals are easy to prepare and cook for working families

Cons:
- Some of the foods are hard to find, we just use substitutes
- Some foods are uncommon and take time to track down in the store
- Shopping list is grouped by department, but could be further organized ( for example, Lettuce will be at the top of the section and cabbage will be at the bottom, why not try to group like items).

EMeals will only allow you to cancel your subscription via telephone. They will remind you several times that you agreed to this in your TOS when applying a credit card to your account. Just like the cable company, they know you won't read this. Because of this inconvenience, I will not use their product again, I subscribed to SAVE time, not be conned into extending my subscription. If you are okay with calling them and hearing their nonsense when you are ready to cancel, this is a good program.

We are in the modern world now where things should be easily done online.
