6 months and 13,000 dollars later and I'm still fighting to get my installation done correctly. Someone came out on the 21st and this is what my stairs look like on the 26th. Customer service blames the installer and the installer blames the company. My kids and myself have each fallen down the stairs from getting caught on the stair nosing that keeps coming loose. I also have gaps in between the steps. Please research before going with this company
