I love the Emtek product, it's mainly what we sell when it comes to hardware. I would love to see the Emtek order page improved upon as I've found it can be difficult for some people to navigate. We purchased over 30 door hardware sets of various designs and styles for our home. Most of them are falling apart after about 6 months. The manner in which the knob attaches is one of the worst designs I have seen. There is a very small allen screw that simply will not hold the knob on. All of them are falling off. We wasted thousands of dollars on this garbage.

Order of bar pulls for a customer who needed them as quickly as possible. Ordered via UPS Blue Label, 2 Day Air. Emtek confirmed the order timely and the order arrived just in time - as promised. Customer was very happy!
Emtek customer service is the best. They are helpful, polite and answer all my questions. When I have a problem they find a solution right away. They also have an option to speak with a rep. In Spanish. A+ for Emtek.

As always the tech dept was very helpful with advice, They did not recommend the large plates for this
multipoint door, but the builder said he can make it work.
The other item on the order was replaced with the E-lock version of it, so nothing to report yet as nothing is installed.
I am very pleased with the results of the order consisting of our P.O. 3565. The product met every expectation and beyond for our customer! Thank you!
Great product, lots of options. Fair price for what it is. My only bottleneck is the turn around time to ship. Some orders are big and ship in 3 days some are small and take 10+, inconsistency is tough to keep track of.
Ordering is easy but there is always this period of time between when you get your confirmation and when it will ship. There is no consistency and I am constantly asked to try to track an order but if it hasn't shipped yet I can't tell why.

We order thousands of emtek products each year. There are mistakes made at times in the order confirmations, packing, and deliveries but typically emtek customer service is quick to respond with solutions to the issues.

Great lock Installed easy, we just had a latching issue, we landed up wd40. The inner latch and it seemed to work. But was very fussy to latch in the strike.
