“Dire customer service; very rude staff.”

I emailed endoca asking for a list of uk suppliers, as this info is not available on their website. I'm too ill to spend hours trawling the internet, so having only found a couple of sites carrying it, wondered if there were more who carried it at a lower price. I explained id prefer to buy direct from the uk, as import charges would be extremely high to order direct from the makers, making that the more costly option. A pretty reasonable question, right? Apparently not. This is the reply i received "We cannot provide you with this information, it is private company data. Please do your own researches to find it." That's it. No apology, no offer of help at all. I complained to the company, and received a couple of replies, neither of which contained an apology, but used tired platitudes like 'i understand your frustration' but never actually say 'I'm sorry.' I was also told that i could buy from them direct, which ignores the cost of import duties, which is high, and the slow pace of international shipping compared to domestic. A pointless suggestion. They later contacted me to 'explain' that since cbd oil is 'controversial' some clients (i. E. sellers) don't want their info given out. But if those companies have their info online, as endoca implied by telling me to do my own researches (sic), its not 'private' data, and is there for me and anyone else to find. So- NOT private. Its also illogical because cbd oil is not controversial; its either illegal or legal. Its currently legal, so NOT controversial. An easy workaround would have been to contact their uk suppliers, and ask whether they'd mind their details being passed on to a prospective customer. Few companies would mind this, if any, and i can't be the only person who has asked for this, or looked on endoca's website to find it. Simple. THAT is good customer service; instead what i got was a rude, dismissive reply. Cbd oil is typically used for medical conditions, many of which, as in my case, make online research arduous or even impossible; chronic pain, brain fog, exhaustion etc. they made no attempt to help me, and were rudely dismissive. Telling a customer to find out for themselves is pretty rude in the normal run of things, but telling this to someone who may have difficulty researching something due to chronic illness is even more insulting, especially so if your business is based on products used by people with those very health conditions. Its really, really insulting. This company is rude with wretchedly poor customer service~ avoid.
