I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical after getting recommended endurance warranty car programmed by a friend. Sure enough few months later, I heard a sound with my car and took it to a local mechanic. Diagnosed as wheel bearing and lower control arm (1560$) The owner of the shop said he's worked with extended car warranty programs before and he expected to get word back from them by days end, Surprise surprise when he called me back less than an hour later saying that the repairs had already been approved! Happy 😃 customer here and will continue to recommend endurance have already bought for two of my vehicles and plan on buying for my third in the very near future. I signed a contract having a rebuildable title, what is been discussed at the beginning but agent forgot to mention this in the contract and later instead of excepting a mistake they decided to refund a payment then paying for repairs. How convenient is that...so when you pay monthly payments everything is fine but God forbid something happens they give your money back instead. Be careful with this company. Do not recommend at all.

They filter out the bad review and auto generate positive ones. Company is a scam just simply text in the google search "Endurance car warranty scams". The repair facility I used for my repair produced the proper documentation for my policy to be fully covered. Endurance denied it. The repair facility once again followed up with more documentation and endurance backtracked and was making up reasons to deny the claim. Put money back each month as a nest egg PLEASE do not allow endurance to steal from you like they did me.

Now that I need them, they did not come thru for Me. Paying for about a year now at 145.00 a month. Now I have to get a. Oil separator and the denied the claim. They said it is not part. What a waste of money. Considering canceling it and also the other new policy that I just took for the newer car, I will rescind that too. Don't fall for their crap.

Endurance says you can take the car wherever you want. What they don't tell you is that they will only pay for cheap parts and cheap labor. Took my Jaguar to the dealer. The repair bill was around $3300.00. Endurance would only pay around $1200.00. If it weren't for a friend at the dealership, I would have had to pay the full difference. Luckily, he gave me a break on the parts cost, but I still paid over $1100.00 out of pocket. If you want an extended warranty, look elsewhere.
Was originally unimpressed with the start of my warranty experience but after speaking with Troy P, account manager, he completely changed my experience and exceeded my expectations with the company. He went into great detail about my policy in which I was unsure of originally. Made some suggestions and overall I didn't feel like just a customer. Before ending the call, made sure I understood and that all my questions was answered. Also, told me how to get in touch with him if I had any further questions or needed something explained pertaining my policy. That type of service is hard to come by these days and it was appreciated. He is definitely an asset to you all company and its customers.
Recently had a $ 2400.00 repair on a 2008 Toyota Sequoia with over 250K miles at a local Toyota Dealership and all I had to pay was the $ 100.00 deductible! Repair was approved in less than 3 hours with the proper paperwork from the dealership sent to Endurance. Repair shop has to do their part to get any repairs approved which is totally understandable. Would recommend Endurance Auto Warranty to anyone. Thank You Endurance Auto Warranty!

Endurance claims adjuster denied our claim after falsifying report made by independent inspector. He literally changed the report findings in order to deny the claim. That's fraud folks and you have no legal recourse.

Top of the line extended warranty.
First they won't cover the total of the cost repair and the parts sent was wrong. Had to leave the car in the shop longer than expected.
2nd, customer service never return calls even after the automatic "will return call" recording. Even when talking to real person, they will transfer you to a different department and put you in hold forever.
And now I'm still waiting and see if they will extend my car rental due to "of their mistake of sending to wrong parts.smh.

I am still waiting on my car to be fixed it's been in the shop since December 2023 4months later we are still waiting on the repairs to be approved. They send a 3rd party and they confirm now they want an entire breakdown of the engine I had to pay out of pocket $2750 for the breakdown the cancelled my claim and said that the breakdown took too long when I have been waiting on them for 3 month the breakdown took one month and they said that was too long

Rodney in customer services was very helpful. The first rep. (Makai) that called me and left a message talked so fast that I had to listen to the message at least 6 times to get the call-back number. My vehicle was getting loud (exhaust leak) and I was told that NO company covers exhaust because it is a maintenance issue. How do you do maintenance on an exhaust system?

Endurance is a complete scam...offered me the best warranty for my vehicle and when it needed servicing they didn't cover anything in the policy...BIG TIME FRAUDS...$140 down the drain just to put in some S.O.B.'s pocket. I have had the Advantage Plus plan on my 2009 Corvette for two years now and only used it one time to have my car towed to the dealer because the shift cable broke. The call went into Endurance and 30 minutes later the flat bed came and took me and the car to the dealership. There was no charge for the flatbed and the service representative was pleasant and extremely helpful. I also got the use the maintenance included in the policy for my oil changes and once for a battery replacement. Every time they pay the shop direct which saves me time and money. They also gave me the Elite Membership Bundle which covered the complete cost of a FOB that was lost. The shop I take my car to said they have dealt with Endurance for years and found they are Number 1 to work with. The warranty I got was 5 years/100,000 miles and was very reasonable for all the coverage it came with. I would highly recommend Endurance to anyone who whats the extended warranty service on their vehicle.
My 2014 MINI required a new water pump. In spite of the fact that this is a repair expressly covered by my extended warranty with Endurance, the company refused to pay any part of the repair. The technician, in conversations with the claims agent, was told that there were essentially no circumstances under which Endurance would cover this repair. If the water pump was worn, it was a pre-existing condition; if it was not, it was a gasket failure which is another exemption, etc. The shop said they had never worked with an extended warranty provider that was worse. When I sought an explaination of the denial of coverage from the Endurance Claims department, their agent hung up on me!

This all happened today, April 22,2024. I called the Customer direct line and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and dialed their contact number and was finally connected to Jason who said he could cancel this policy. After 10 minutes of him talking to me like I was stupid or a child I lost my temper with him. He repeated the same "salesman pitch of why I needed to keep this policy" I explained it was due to medical reasons and that we didn't want any extra expenses. It took me several times asking him to just cancel the policy and not be a salesman. I feel that this company does not train their staff very good and they are very unprofessional. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone.
The price was excellent and the reviews were great at the time that's why I choose ENDURANCE. My disappointment is every time I needed a repair what I needed was never covered. I ended up giving an $80 donation for 2+ years with about $8000 out of pocket. All my repairs I paid out of pocket. Would love to resubmit all My repairs to see what could be paid.
I would never recommend this company to any other person or business. I was told this car insurance company was the best so I purchased it come to find out I pretty much totaled my car because someone younger woman brake checked me I brought my car to the collision dealership for them to tell me this is not car insurance and they don't cover any but the transmission and motor well honestly do you think I would be paying 290.00 dollars a month every month if they're not going to help me pay for my car if I got into a accident. Absolutely not now I'm stuff with no car no rental car as they promised thank you endurance for helping me out with your help
