Epicsoccer

This site, epicsoccer.com, sold me soccer shoes that were a full size narrower than the width indicated, and then refused to take the shoes back for a refund. In my opinion, epicsoccer is not a trustworthy site. The following details the problem and epic soccer's response:

Dear epic soccer,

I purchased soccer shoes from your website for my son, and they were a FULL WIDTH NARROWER
Than the stated size -- my son has a standard medium width foot, and he
Could not even get his foot into these (even though I bought them one size
Up from his usual size, as recommended on your site). Simply stated, these
Shoes are not the width indicated on your site. I just called your customer
Service department, and i was told that even though the shoes are not as
Described on the site, i cannot return them for a refund because they were
Part of a "closeout." this policy cannot possibly apply where the shoes
Were not the width stated on the website. Please respond with information
About how i can return these soccer shoes immediately for a full refund.

I believe that these shoes were only a "closeout" because they are mis-sized. I will donate the shoes to Goodwill and urge others to learn from my mistake regarding Epic Soccer.
