I ordered some patches from the gift store. Must be a subsidiary of this company. The 2 patches were 2 different colors. I have Emailed them 20 times and no one responds. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from this company

Never received my XL sweat suit which I ordered months ago... It was 72 us dollar amount... I've been waiting patiently with no complaints, it said my order went thru and was paid for, but never received

Bought the Samsung Galaxy case on April 25. Got the email saying item was shipped on April 27.
Until now, Never received the item.
Email two times but never got reply.

Ordered a pair of boots. The boots were to be fur lined. Received a pair no fur at all and very cheaply made. Contacted company. Boy that was a mistake. They didn't care and said return. Only to find out that don't pay for returning their error. The boots were $27.00 + $10.00 to return. I'm up to $37.00 for a pair of boots that they falsely advertised. I was also told I would pay a restock fee. My total refund $19.00. This is most definitely not a reputable company. My only error here was ordering from them. Never ever again

I ordered size 32 got an xl and they still having contacted me back when I call 3 times I emailed them messaged them still nothing until I speak to a representative the review will stay as is

11/23/18 UPDATE: So, two things have happened since I wrote my first review: 1) I filed a complaint with Paypal who secured the other half of the refund amount owed me. 2) Three days ago, I received the shoes that I ordered 10 weeks ago. In any case, I won't order from them again because of the hasslesof the experience, the tracking with no real and meaningful line of sight, and the extraordinarily long delivery times. 11/03/18 REVIEW This is a company that I found out post-order is based in China, which might have given me pause had I known this at the outset. In any case, I ordered a pair of shoes online through them on 9/12/18. With a few days, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking no. And three possible ways to track the pkg. However, when I inputted the tracking no. At any of the three sites over a period of the ensuring month, there was no information provided ever about the pkg. Location. So, five weeks after placing the order, on or about 10/19/18, when I still could not track the pkg. And had not received it, I e-mailed them stating that if I had no rec'd the pkg. In a day or so, I wanted a refund. They refunded half of amount paid.

Kind of like Wish but better service. They offer faster shipping to the US on some things which is cool.
