Customer service - I bought a deluxe dog bed from this site in November cover was excellent quality. Until it was opened for washing inside was made from bits of foam glued together ( blue peter came to mind) and foam was in bits. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since November by 2 emails, contact through there site and have even sent a recorded letter all of which i have had no response. Please be aware if you are puchasing from this site.

Great prices, 10% off all next orders, great customer service, quick despatch and great products. I purchased (amongst many items) a large rat wheel from them and unfortunately it arrived broken. I phoned customer service and they arranged a replacement immediately. Cannot fault this company.

I totally love this site. I order about once a month for my two bunnies. They always have new stuff available from the last time I purchased, and I love the personal touch they add (I got a Christmas present for my rabbits included free in my parcel last December!). I find the packing to be really good - not much has ever got damaged on its way. I have ordered two cages from here over the last year too, and although one arrived with a cracked base this was sorted immediately by the cheerful girl on the phone who had a replacement with me the next day. All in all one for the bookmarks - love it and can't recommend highly enough! Would recommend searching when ordering as you can normally find discount codes for this shop on the web that give 10% off (which makes a big difference if you order as much as I do!) I have a number of small animals and it is sometimes really hard to find them good stuff. I was referred to this site by a friend of mine who has rats and I placed my first order a few months ago. Delivery was fast, and products were cheaper than elsewhere, they also had a lot of things I hadnt seen before, someone there clearly likes small animals too! I was very pleased about the quality of the products I received which were better than I thought they would be for the price. I have since found out that my local rescue actually has two rabbit runs donated by this company - they apparently do quite a lot of charity work and fundraising (which they don't seem to boast about) and donate a lot to rescues which puts them higher in my estimation than some other online retailers.
