We ordered an ash pan for our wood furnace on November 15th, they sent us a part to a completely different stove on January 5th. The part number on the website matched to sticker on the item they sent, but it doesn't match the picture. When I called to return it, I was told to return it and then after they receive it I will get the refund 7-10 days later. Then I can reorder. By that time I won't need the furnace.

As I was looking for the part I needed to fix my Craftsman riding mower I found many options all about the same price. Most was out of stock or "would leave warehouse " in a week. Ereplacement parts had it in stock and shipped with in a day. I thought the shipping was a little high, but it was worth it to get my part and get it without delay. I won't waste my time again looking, at the other guys websites, for my repair parts. I will buy from ereplacement parts.
Found parts I needed for a 20 year old craftsman snow thrower n price n shipping of parts very reasonable! Will definetly use site again n recommend to others in a jam for older parts

I returned my order after following their procedures and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days though she left business days out of the conversation. It is now 14 business days and nothing. I called at day 10 and she said give it a couple of days. I told her I emailed and no one answered my email. She told me they moved to another state. So when you read their glorified return policy don't believe it

None I returned the order found the full set of pins with clips at Home Depot for $12.98. The belt I ordered on Amazon which I got it with free shipping. Their shipping is $10.98. Their pins sold each $3.99 and $2.99 and they don’t give you the clip that is needed for the pin.
I received replacement poles for my tent which were a different length than advertised on the site. I am disappointed the company did not state the correct length of the poles which would have saved me time and aggravation. I was able to use some of the piles by taping them to old tent poles had. Regardless, they are not a perfect fit because I had to use tape but hopefully they will function.
