“Loved this purchasing experience. Lovely carrier.”

I've bought 2 Ergo carriers for my twins. I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery took exactly 11 days. If I had to say something to improve that would be regarding reducing the delivery time. If I was not in a rush then everything would be perfect. Excellent customer service.
