Recently purchased a wig from ericdress. Took forever to get shipped and when it arrived. Was the wrong color and totally different style. A piece of garbage, and I doubt even Goodwill will be able to get rid of it. Don't buy, as the pictures are totally different then what you receive. A total ripoff!

Do not use this site! The items come from China, and trying to get in touch with someone from there is next to impossible.

Zero is the overall rating for this company. I ordered on 9/30/21, two gowns for my daughters to wear at my son's wedding in November. This is December 31,2021 and I still haven't received the order. I contacted them in October and November and I was given a tracking link for USPS well they couldn't find the packages. I emailed them back and forth with no success. I looked on the website today and it has shipped and preparing so I told them I want a full refund. Pease don't shop with this company.
I ordered a pair of pants a month and half ago and haven't got them and their only contact info is a email and they respond do not buy from them...
I ordered boots 2 weeks ago... they are paid for and I have not received them or heard from you about delivery... are you legitimate?... currently dissatisfied with your service and disappointed as I would have ordered more items but am leary to do so...
