I have 2 Saabs, 2005 convertible and a 2007 sport combi, both bought new and they have been terrific cars but I only use quality parts. Have always received the parts quickly and high quality. Several times have gotten great help on the phone and they accepted a return due to my mistake. I highly recommend this business. Kind of a shame and very unfair that someone would fault a company for difficulty shipping out of the country vs a real issue with the company but trolls exist.
Like the fella who wrote the review about being in Canada, the same thing happens when you order from Puerto Rico. I can't believe they don't offer shipping to a USA territory but willingly offer shipping to Australia at no charge. Unbelievable.
MATT is simply outstanding...
I have been dealing with Matt for quite a while, the one thing that makes Matt stand out is that he is not out there to get you with pricing... He gives you options on where to buy parts (even if its not from him) and shares with you his bast knowledge of SAABs... his interest is to keep you as long term and returning customer. Very honest and sincere...
Like everyone that owns a SAAB, we shop around to get the parts and I keep coming back to eSAABPARTS because of their reasonable pricing, but far more important the outstanding customer service that Matt provides... Needles to say their shipping is very prompt and cost are very reasonable... And when you need a part delivered quickly Matt is always flexible and willing to work with you...
ESAABPARTS is my first stop and often my last stop to go to for my SAAB parts needs.(unless Matt tells me where else to go to buy the part)

Tried to purchase more then a thousand dollars worth of parts, but apparently when you are calling from Canada you are not worth the hassle. It is always a very sad experience when you introduce yourself over the line, in one sentence or two, and the other chap hangs up on you. Thanks Matt, but no thanks.

We had a problem with our order, Matt worked out a compromise that was acceptable to us both. I would order from esaab again.
