Once I went through the verification procedure, I knew I made the right choice. I heard so many times from friends about how slow and annoying were the AML& KYC procedures with their broker, but I haven't experienced that here. They really made things easy. I haven't made many trades yet, but they sure made a good impression on me right from the start.

I've had a positive experience trading with this company, but I do wish they had a wider selection of educational resources available. That being said, their customer support team has been helpful in guiding me through the trading process and answering any questions I've had. I appreciate them.

The KYC and AML verification process with Esmartinvest was a bit confusing at first, but their customer support team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through it (thanks, Brian!)

Their spreads on certain currency pairs can be slightly wider compared to other brokers. It would be great to see them optimize their pricing for more commpetitive spreads. Nevertheless, their high-speed executions and attentive customer support have earned my trust.

I love the fellas on the customer support center of esmartinvest, but they may be hiring too many noobs at the same time. On a few occasions, the support person wasn't sure about my query\question, and had to 'ask someone'. No doubt, they are all very nice. But I just hope they go easy with recruiting new people to the spport center. Good luck to all!

I've been using this broker for a few months now and it's been a great experience. The platform is easy to use and has all the features I need. It's not the best trading platform out there, but it definitely gets the job done.

I had some login issues a few days back, which was a bit annoying, I wish this would have been solved quicker. Other than that, I don't have much to complain about.
