Firstly Etoro is excellent with very good asset options available but where i have a problem is in their fees and charges on almost anything. Deposits, withdrawal literally everything plus the long days it takes to complete an abroad transactions. Five working days is hella too much. We are business owners here and that timing is terrible if you have to deliver your ends on an emergency basis. Maybe if i knew this earlier i would have moved my assets to a different wallet but honestly this needs to be worked on

Stay away from communication with Steven Ruby, Daniel Miller or Gabriel Fridman. These people are professional scammers. They make everything sound so easy. They will make promises that everything will be fine tomorrow but tomorrow will bring requests for more money in order to have your money released from the blockchain.

As far as I know they don't charge for trades but they take a. 75% spread. I'm not sure why they chose to structure their fees this way because it seems less transparent to users. I don't have a problem with the fee (it's not the most expensive but it's also not as cheap as Binance, Coinbase pro, Gemini Active Trader etc) but again I'm not clear on why they structured it that way.

EToro is a fraud. They take your money and never credit your account. Their customer service does not respond. Avoid at all cost

Etoro is complete garbage. They delisted Cardano for the U.S. in Nov. Of 2021 with no prior warning and for no good reason. They cost their clients multiple months of staking rewards and had no wallet support for months so that clients could move their holdings to another platform or a person wallet. NEVER EVER use this thieving platform. I'd give them zero stars for a rating if it was allowed.

I would leave no stars if possible. I deposited funds before realising I could not trade the stock I required. It then took 6 emails to customer service, eight weeks and a letter to Financial Conduct Authority to have my money returned (minus £75 in fees for nothing). No telephone number to call and customer service is non existent. Would not recommend.

They hire a third party to get rid of you. A very well-organized criminal organization this platform but REimburse SOlutions helped me fix things.

I think that eToro is safe and secure. It always looks for security signs on my browser before I trade.

Don't open account at Etoro. They are $#*!ing on the money. Let me tell you how, when you buy on it on US site they charge you the fee for example 300 dollars to buy, when product rise they taking more out of it by selling on 60 cents for less than the price was 2.90 ($5655) I bought when real price was 2.60, sold for 3.14, when real price was 3.74. Its very bad web trading web site.Don't deal with them. They will really $#*! you on the money. They got more than 900 dollars on one buy and sell order.
