Not a real business! NOTHING IN STOCK. They took my money, waited 2 weeks, PHONES DON"T WORK.
Got one email replying saying there was no products available, after 2 weeks. So waited 2 weeks for parts you were never going to send!?!?!?!? YOU SUCK!
Called my credit card company to dispute!
TOTAL SCAM!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

21 Aug 2020 - I ordered parts, paid through PayPal, thank goodness.
2 Sep 2020 - No shipping details, no parts, I did an inquiry through PayPal and they agreed to expedite a refund.
3 Sep No refund
4 Sep No refund. Contacted them again through PayPal, and they said have patience they were expediting the refund. Started a claim through PayPal. PayPal contacts them and states it my take as long as 19 Sep to resolve the issue.
5 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and again they said have patience they were expediting.
6 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and again they said have patience they were expediting.
7 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and no response as of the time I sent this in.

I know in the end PayPal will refund the money eventually but there was no reason fro euro parts to not process the refund immediately.

Other information a seller on Amazon.com also had a problem with filling an order in this same time period. The seller contacted me and refunded the money without me having to even ask.
I ordered the same clutch kit through Rock Auto on 3 Sep and it arrived on 5 Sep no problems.

Sellers like this do a disservice for all on-line businesses because it makes people only want to do business with the big on-line store fronts like Amazon.com.

Parts came in fast and accurate. I really like the prices and they are very reasonable about shipping. So far I have placed 3 orders and they have got everything right. I also like that they have a lot of parts for my old 1962 Volvo Amazon.

I found a Mercedes part on this site at a very good price. I ordered, paid via PAYPAL. I never got any confirmation or the part but PAYPAL paid the money. Not of the contacts, either sales email or phone number will work. I have filed a fraud report. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE,

Wow, i bought something, got no confirmation that I bought something. Never sent anything. Took a week to respond to emails. Phone number is out if service.

Took a month to get my money back through paypal.

Ordered a car part from what looked like a legitimate website that accepted my payment through Paypal. Once paid, the order was never listed on their website, their phone number never worked & their physical address in Miami is a post office box. Never refunded my $75... a total scam!

Pretty amazing - bought and paid for an item with Paypal, but then got no order confirmation and no product. Filing a claim with Paypal. Bad news.

Inquired as to the whereabouts of my item. They acknowledged that they couldn't send it. They promised a refund. But the refund never came.

There is no way to contact them, although I used 3 phone numbers, 2 email addresses and online chat. Nothing. I had to pay return shipping ($60) for the wrong parts. Paypal was no help. They seem to be on the sellers side

My experience with europortparts was pretty good. I hate working on my car but realize its much cheaper than taking the damn thing to the mechanic. I order a few gaskets and rotors easy to install cheap and got them fast.

I ordered a strut, I had to call a half week later as no shipping order generated. After three phone calls, five hours later, they admitted they didn't have it. A week later they finally refunded.

I purchased a pair of brake rotors, unfortunately i made a mistake a purchased the front instead of the rear. Called these guys up and they exchanged the item with no problem. I am very impressed normally exchanges dont go so well with me online lately.

Bought a pair of wiper blades. The snow is really starting to hit us hard up here. It arrived in amazing speed. Paid ground and got it in 2 days. Great business!

The 888# from their website doesn't go through. I have sent 3 emails and not gotten a response. Maybe they will come through but I'd recommend another company.

Update: I did get the part reasonably quickly. I have upgraded my review from a 1 to a 3. I believe the shopping order was generated late the day I posted the review and I received the part that same week. In addition they responded to my emails at that time. I would still use caution when ordering as there was no way to reach them via phone, and the one phone number was a sweepstakes hotline.

I am very happy to report that they had my parts and they were shipped quickly. I ordered my parts on 10 April got my first attempt at delivery notice on 13 April. My main issue with Euro Port Parts is the lack of communication. They were very hard to get a hold of. I tried calling, I tired their online chat and kept getting no response. I finally sent an email on 14 April (Friday) asking for a refund since I had no idea what the status of my order was. I received an email 17 April (Monday) saying that my parts had already shipped and that I could refuse the shipment and get my refund after that. The email also included a UPS tracking number. That is when everything clicked in to place. The UPS delivery I had missed on Thursday and Friday was them. The UPS slip stated that the delivery was from a company called EOC, which I had no clue was my shipment from Euro Port Parts. I would love to rate this company higher than a 3, like I said the parts were available and shipped quickly. I just like to be informed of when a shipment is enroute and I also like to know when I am calling a place during business hours that my phone call is going to get answered. I am a stickler for communication. I might be inclined to do business with them again if they had a great deal on some parts I needed.

Had some car trouble during the thanksgiving holiday and needed to repair my wiper motor. Found these guys online and was amazed by their prices. Ordered the motor and received proper confirmation and the item was delivered very fast. I would recommend this store and will be back for future purchases
