I guess I have to call my credit card company and report that my purchase was from a fraudulent company. No tracking number, no phone pick up during business hours, no reply to voice mail messages, no reply to emails.
Stay away from this sham place. It's not worth the hassle.
And... still, haven't received my part or even proof that it shipped.
The day after I posted this review on Excel Laptop Parts,, they did refund my money. Still no contact with me, still won't answer their phone. NOT a scam company, but awful customer service.
Company has excellent website, so looks legit. My order is now almost a month late, they will not answer their own order status inquiry page, no one will answer the phone. Paypal debited day after ordering, not when shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.
Package came wet and damaged. I dont think it was their fault however, they could've prepaird it better. The part, needless to say, did not work! The wires were not properly insulated (3rd picture cord on right-hand side). It didnt not fit properly (damaged my laptop). The package did arrive on time though.
