I ordered two items the purchase showed up on credit card statement within a few hours. It has been six weeks now and no products. After two weeks I started emailing using confirmation of sale reply address. Could not find phone number anywhere. I emailed 4 times being polite and requesting info status. I emailed from Exciting Toys own contact web site and that did not work either. I am turning this over to credit card fraud for research and refund. What is amazing is there is another web site that carries the identical products and the web site looks the same as Exciting Toys. I ordred from this other web site and not only did I get the confirmation, they sent several emails with shipping and tracking info. So now I have the exact products at a lower price, but still out the funds stolen by Exciting Toys.

My husband made a purchase for our wedding anniversary at the beginning of the month. When we still hadn't gotten it I got the info from him and tried contacting via email and the the phone number listed on my bank statement. Nothing. So I found these reviews and have begun a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Do not buy here unless you like giving away your money.

It has been almost a month now, and have not received my order! When I contact them on their site, I had to use small letters for the encrpt slot, so my message would go thru! I have sent about 6 or 7 e-mails to them, still no reply. My next step is to see what I can do by law, since this is a crime, theft of services by credit card! Sincerely, I am going to get my money, or item. I am not going to get ripped off by them!

I ordered an item from this website and never received what I ordered. I tried contacting them via "contact us" but never received a return email. There's no phone number listed on the website so a person can't talk to a real person. There was a New York phone number on my bank statement *******106) but its just an answering machine. I hope this saves someone from getting ripped off.

Ordered a few outfits. They took my money and after a couple of weeks it still shows pending. I wrote, called the number they provided to the charge card company and nothing. I was fooled by the web site, looks good. First time I ever had trouble. Hope someone nails them.

Ordered a month ago and have received nothing. No response from their website either. No phone number to call. Appears it is a scam.

Ordered over a month ago havent received a thing yet. Try to contact them through the website, but after you type your message it asked to enter one of those encrypted security codes and no matter what you enter, it says that the code is wrong. Cant get ahold of anyone. I think I got taken.
