Looking for a range part— over the course of a week, I have called twice, texted twice and written to their alleged customer service department. No response whatsoever.
Avoid these guys.
I had tried an Amazon look a like a genuine Wolf oven igniter and two knobs but they were cheap and didn't fit. I ordered the genuine parts at a much higher cost from here and received them in 2 days. The parts received fit perfectly. Well worth the cost for the original. Will buy again from this place.

It's quite strange that you can type literally anything in to their parts finder and it will come up as an in-stock item, complete with a price and whatever gobbledygook you typed in as their own part number lol. I need a replacement for the AGA Legacy 44 P******* range grate and, wouldn't you know it, there's an oven light bulb, burner knob, and door gasket with that exact same item number!
