Took trial class, the representative told us to pay and check the content, if not satisfied, they told us they will refund within a week as per their company policy. After three days of trial version we realized we need the refund and request was submitted and still not received any refund of the mount for the course we haven't availed.

They are biggest liars
Make all false promises take money and then no reply at all. You email management or CEO or founder...no one replies...
Ms. LISA and Mr. AZEEM are biggest liars and cheaters only for extracting money and they are shielded and supported by their heads as no one bothers to reply you and look into your genuine query where they are cheated by their team.

Extramarks is a fraud company in my experience. I lost AED 3,500/- for Personality Development class for my kids. Recommend not to fall in their traps.

I have registered for extra marks paid full amount of rs 50k and i am having so much problems with this package and not resolved by extra marks executives. No one is responding no one is picking calls. All portion is different from my wards school syllabus. I dnt know what to do. They are not refunding also as they told before registration that if u r not satisfied we will refund ur money. But they are not refunding and not solving my issue.

After taking product, salesman not listen to us. Simply postponed our cancellation requests. Only one mistake we did is that we trust the salesman. Now support team completely denying to refund the amount i.e. 50k +.

Its very pathetic.

Myself subscribed to my daughter, from the beginning i am not getting proper response from mentor support so please don't waste your money

I had purchased a subscription for my son, for 5 years plan. I have received Samsung tab, which was having some screen issue. For thati have called ExtraMarks call center, and they suggested to visit SAMSUNG service center.

Here real game started! SAMSUNG refused to service it by mentioning that it is a fake Chinese SAMSUNG product, and we will not offer any warranty or support for this product.

Then I have called Extra Marks, and they suggested to send it to ExtraMarks Noida Office, i followed there instructions, After multiple chase they surprised me that its screen is broken, which neither SAMSUNG center mentioned neither i have observed before sending the parcel.

And there whole team put complete blame on us and asked to take care by self. As a middle class family who already have his job responsibilities, thought to buy new mobile instead wasting time of my son. So after that i visited local stores to get new mobile for my son study, after a purchase when i inserted provided chips, it was not working with there App.

Again i called to Extra marks, to seek help, but they refused by saying that it will work only in there provided tab. And cant help on this.

Then i requested for an alternative, as its was like a burden for a middle class father. They told to use the online edition, here after really fed-up my son tried that also on his new mobile, which was getting hang frequently.

Then came to know that actually they are not helping instead, focusing to steal our hard earned money on emotional grounds that they are making super heroes to our kids. Its just there own money making machine.

So be aware and take decision, if you have excess time to experiments or spare money apart from school fee payments. Please go with them.

Extramarks provided a structured course and ample amount of practice questions to implement what I had learnt so far in the course.

A disgusting firm, which doesnt respect others privacy. Was disturbed by calls from *******845 during working hours. If somebody is interested, they would approach them, I dont understand why rest have to be disturbed. Wonder, who is the senseless IDIOT who is in charge. With such cheap activities, they reflect how much you can expect from them.
This stupid firm doesnt even have an email id or contact no to send a feedback.

My brother had such a bad experience from this institution. The representatives said that we could withdraw within 7 classes with full repayment. The classes were boring. Nothing makes their classes special or stand out compared to the free classes we get in youtube. After 3 classes, when we wanted to backout, the staffs said they cant do a refund because its not 7 classes, its 7 days starting from the day of admission. There weren't any classes for four days from the admission date. These people are complete fraud and doesn't respond to our calls or mails. They put their customers in such a position the customers are forced to continue with their course since they wont give a refund. They are not at all transparent and changes their attitude time to time. Can't even give a one star rating.

Don't buy Extramarks package. Extramarks cheated me, even its employees give wrong information and the company supports them. I got cheated But don't be fooled.

I had very bad experience with extra marks Kormangala branch. I have taken subscription for my two kids. I wasn't happy with the second product I bought. Since there is cancel of subscription within 7 days…I asked for cancellation for one product within 24hrs. Mr Bharath from Extramarks called me regarding this and was vey rude to the customer. Very unhappy with the behavior. As he Hungama up the call on face between the conversation. Very unprofessional behaviour.

We opted for extra marks. We were promised french, but not given. The course had to be personalized according to child, But it was not even according to school. Purposely dragged the 15 days refund time and after that refused refund saying 15 days have passed.

This application helped my kid in all the subjects and also the chapters were informative and visually rich. I am from Pune and i faced no problem as far as finances are concerned.

They r cheating parents and take full money and then not giving any classes I request all the parents not to register

Overall the application is good and intriguing, it has some very good features which make it really easy for my sons to study from here. I took the personalized course from Extramarks for both my sons who are in different classes, they both got a course designed according to their school studies. They got assistance with their homework, which I really needed since I could not help them because of my busy office schedule

Very bad service given by Extramarks Support team no refund my amount till now, given lots of excuses

Pathetic experience, the working administration is not at all good and lie about fee and education and also any refund amount. No proper communication with the organisation for any problem or grievances. The classes are also not appropriate and they don't tally with the school courses. Worst experience would never you to waste time and money on this organisation.

This company is just pices of $#*! n nothing els. Never ever work with company. They will only see how they can deduct your salary. If you are just on death bed na still this people dont care they just think about there money. Personally i will suggest do not join this company. N this hr Should to firstly learn the responsibility of an HR...

I took package for two years and still no f ups from your team. They took another 1000 rupees for online classes. They promised me that the classes will start from 8th April 2020. But still no response. Very poor service. After so many follow ups no one reply.
Will never ever take your service in future.
You people always make a fake commitments. Only want to generate business while making fools. It's not a academic service only want money from the people. After sales no one bother to respond.

Team Hr In extramarks are so much dumb and careless. Called me up for interview then no rpy for a week sunddenly after a week they said you are selected and will share you offer letter, strange isn't it. Also after 3-4 days they called up again and said we can not take you onboard because you have not cleared apptitude test... seriously.! Means without giving any apptitude test you can be fail... I thinks this people have lost their mind in this pandemics or may be they needed proper treatment..

I purchased the Extramarks course ""NEET Crash Course"" for my daughter, she get excellent features and content to study there. She will be preparing for her NEET the next year, so I am looking forward to buying that course from Extramarks since it has really done a good job this year. At last, I would like to mention that I personally never felt that my daughter is not getting solutions for her questions through Extramarks, she always gets quick answers to her queries and that is a really good service!
