I had asked them if they could make a sweatshirt in extra small rather than small and they said yes just put that in the notes when ordering which I did - they sent me a small instead and I've asked them three times to send me an extra small in the sweatshirt I ordered and they have ignored my request. I've even taken a picture of the sweatshirt that I received that was in the wrong size, and they still ignore my request and are doing nothing to right their wrong.
I purchased a Queen of Hearts crewneck and added a few more items to hit the promotional 15% off. After a couple weeks (I paid for priority shipping) I had to inquire via email, to no avail, and then comment on their Facebook page to even be acknowledged.
They sent the sweatshirts soon after. Unfortunately, the Queen of Hearts crewneck was not in there. I contacted via email (this time a few answers and acknowledgement of the problem) and waited. Contacted again and no response. Commented on Facebook, false promise of shipping out correct sweatshirt "Tuesday". Friday rolls around and nothing. Nothing has been shipped.
It took a ton of Facebook comments all over their products to even get the sweatshirt refunded and I never received it. I ordered in February and it is mid-April. I am very disappointed.

I ordered two shirts from FabCreates in December. The delivery was very slow, considering we both are located in Florida. The items that delivered were not what I purchased. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company and resolve the issue. No reply or response. I will not order from this company again.
I ordered 4 shirts on the 12th of May, The date the tracking number told me the order would ship came and went. I emailed the company to only get the tracking number restated. I wanted another week, emailed again and was ignored until I left a negative comment on one of their FB ads. I was told they had a supply shortage and my items would shipped a few days later. Another week goes by, still nothing, I email them again, ignored. I start a Paypal dispute and get a $15 refund stating that they have failed me... promise to get the 3 shirts that are ready shipped out to me and the other shirt later. That was a week ago. I'm sure I will have to file the dispute with Paypal the get my money back and I am not expecting my order to ever ship (it's been a month now.) If you order from this company I would expect the same stress, better to spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered 3 shirts based off of their size chart. The shirts were all smaller than what the chart said. I sent pictures showing what they delivered was wrong. They admitted that they had a manufacturing issue. They were not confident that if they sent me new shirts it would be correct. Nothing about a refund, sorry, it's our mistake nothing. I opted to return my order which reduced the shirts by $6 each. The email I received said they would send instructions to return the merchandise in 24 to 48 hours. I wated 10 days, no email instructions. So I took the measures of disputing the charge on my credit card. A few days after that Fabcreates sends me an email with a lowball refund back to my credit card. I'm refusing it. Their customer service is horrible and takes no accountability for their product.
This company would benefit from implementing improved customer service practices and prioritizing customer satisfaction in their business operations.
I have honestly never encountered such a profound lack of concern from a company.
Ordered custom black and white slip on Vans February 3,2023. I emailed customer service March 2nd asking for a status, as their website claims, "The expected arrival of your shoes should be within 7-10 business days."
I received a response the same day stating that slip-ons take longer to screen print/ship, but that they'd be mailed out the next day.
March 8th I get notification that they'd finally shipped and they were delivered March 13th… and were the wrong color. 😡
So I emailed customer service the day they arrived to ask what could be done about it. On March 17th I received a response apologizing for the error in my order and that they could: either issue a $20 refund and I can keep the wrong shoes or they can send me the ones I had originally ordered but that it take some time since they have to order them. Or I could just return them for a full refund.
I immediately responded that I preferred to receive the shoes I originally ordered and didn't mind sending the wrong ones back, I just needed to know where to send them.
It's now March 2024 and I have yet to hear back from the company nor have I received the correct color shoes I originally ordered.
Soft shirts. Interesting designs. Responsive service! Wear these shirts. You will get soo many compliments. Promise. (i bought 6!)
