I ordered a clothing item on March 8,2020. Today is March 26,2022, I still have not received the order. Two weeks into the order I sent an email to cancel. Two weeks later they sent an email stating that I cannot cancel the order. This item is coming from Finland it has been at the Finland border for three weeks. Now it states that it has reached the U; this is approximately a month later after the order. I am getting ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as file a fraud report with my bank. No item from any country should take a month for delivery. If so then they should state that before ordering. Now in order to publish this review they're asking for a picture. How can I provide a picture when I have not received the item.
