I ordered on Oct. 16. I was having foot surgery on Nov. 16, so I had PLENTY of time to try out these boots.

They were not delivered until Dec. 3! Then I had open stomach surgery on Dec 10, hospitalized for 6 days, then I could not try on the shoes or return them in the 15 day period.

This company is a fraud!

I requested info as to when they would be delivered so I could cancel the order. It was too late, they were on their way.

HORRIBLE customer service. FRAUDS!

Oct. 25 order still not here! They keep saying "give more days please" which tells me it's not USA. At first it said will ship 10-20 days once payment is received, which was immediate... still no boots. I am messaging them relentlessly so that maybe they will see this is NOT OK! And that 10% will NOT suffice! These better be some awesome boots, but I have a feeling they will not look like the photo given and will be cheap which I feel I will be sending them back anyway. UGH!

I placed an order for a pair of boots on October 1st and I have heard and received absolutely NOTHING. I sent an e mail asking for a status update with no response. The payment was deducted the next business day. The order page still says "your order is confirmed." At this point I am not expecting anything. I would urge anyone to avoid purchasing from this site.

After more than 6 weeks, items arrived separately. Inferior products from what is pictured and described. Laughable to think that the boots would come anywhere close to the crossed out price in the ad as they weigh only 1.8 pounds for the pair and are very artificial in appearance. Shirt material was nothing like that which was pictured. Do not recommend this seller.

All the photos that depict the "Martin cowboy boot" are of a real pair of leather boots. M not saying they had to make them in leather, but the photos vs. What you receive are utter fakes. Looks like plastic. They cost 50.0050. 00, but the bait and switch thing from China is getting really old. They ultimately make you responsible for return cost. To China, that would be more than I paid for the boots. It's the perfect Chinese scam have fallen victim to before. Prom girl and all the other companies that do business this way.

Bought boots and omg when i recieved them rhey stank of glue and it was thin spongy soles on tbem not thick leather as on picture. I have been utterly conned. Cant return them as i missed 2 week dead line. So please keep your money if you are sensible enough!

I ordered a pair of boots back on October 16th. They have yet to ship it! My order status still says "unfulfilled" but they got my damn money! And there isn't a phone number to even contact them, by email only, which I did with no response. I'm probably going to have to dispute it. Lesson learned. I should have researched it a little better.

It took MONTHS to receive my boots. When they finally came, they had a terrible odor like strong glue. They were not in a box and just doubled over and put in a plastic bag. They were NOT leather although they were still pretty cute. The first day I tried to wear them, the button popped off and could not be put back on. There is no way to contact these people. The email I used when inquiring about my order does not work anymore. I don't even know how to get my money back at this point. Lesson learned!

Today is my birthday. We have snow. I ordered boots last month. Don't have them and no reply from company. So upset

They have a lot of good quality products and ship to Thailand very fast. I would recommend this website to my friends

After waiting almost 3 months for my boots they finally came, CUT IN HALF! I contacted them and was told I was responsible for return shipping and would only get a 15% refund.

Ordered Leather boots Oct. 1st. And never received. Boots are STILL being advertised on Facebook but Fashionsent told me they were out of stock. Now the Ad calls them "artificial" leather boots and are marketed by 3 or 4 other sites such as Chicforu. I turned them in to Facebook but they told me this doesn't match their criteria as a problem. Thieves..

I ordered boots. Weeks went by without information. I emailed. Got a response that they were "back ordered" and would be shipped in 5-7 days. Couple more weeks go by and I email again. I get a response that says the same thing. Did a little digging and the photo of the boots I ordered are actually from a shop on Etsy that hand crafts leather boots. I opened a dispute with PayPal, they responded by providing false shipping information. The tracking number was for some package that went to Greece. I was refunded my money by PayPal. The photo is of the tracking page from the bogus tracking number.

I've just received an email this morn that my order has shipped, complete with a tracking #. Interesting. I'll update if I actually get it!

I order my boots and paid for them it's been over 3 months, no communication what so ever from them, this is a scam, will report to pay pal and others, do not order from these sites, it takes a very long time IF you do get your item, but extremely poor quality, very poor service, and no way to contact! Don't do it.

I ordered the Women Kelsey Zippered Boot on December 13th for a Christmas gift & they arrived on January 17th. The were the cheapest plastic footwear I have ever seen. There were no return authorization forms inside the plastic bag they were shipped in & no way to contact them. Since this was a Christmas gift, my daughter had returned home so when I gave them to her on February 24th, she said, "Those are pathetic & aren't even close to the standard size 8 so please return them." I sent an email & got a response that the boots were delivered on 12/28 & there was a 15 day return policy. I will be contacting my credit card company to report this scam company.

I ordered boots from them in October have not received them ask for a refund havent received that either. They are not in the US stay away from this company

I have been waiting three months for the boots I ordered. First they didn't respond, next they said they were delayed, no explanation. Still they won't refund my order, no delivery date and said to wait and they will give me a 10% off. What a joke! Very unprofessional and I can't believe Fackbook allowed this crap company to use their site! Total scam!

I ordered a shirt and a pair of boots in early October. Emailed them several times and contacted the on Facebook. Got an email back once saying my items were on the way. Received an email on October 31 stating my shirt shipped but the boots were on back order and they hoped I would wait for the boots. Still have not received the shirt. Status for the boots says preparing to ship. The tracking information provided is from China. Not sure I will ever receive anything from this seller. Contacting my bank to report this as a scam and get my money back.

Ordered two (2) pair cute boots! Never received. No way to contact anyone for my money or boots. They were PAID for! Where my money? Where my boots? What a RIP off. This is so illegal! I gonna find a way to get my money back. I go through Pay Pal or my credit card company. Somebody gonna find these people! Criminals!

Finally received my boots after 2 months and they were not even in a box just thrown in a bag so the ankle of the boots have creases hopefully they will straighten up. Would never order again. They offered a 4% refund really that doesn't even cover the taxes.

$50 boots finally came after many months but they are awful, they stink like a glue factory and I cannot wear them as the boots do not bend well when walking, I want to send them back immediately and get a refund, but it looks like it cost more to send back, but I'm going to investigate.
