“My first delivery with Amarex was actually good”

I just received my first delivery from Amarex since they've changed their name from Fastway Couriers to Amarex. I'm happy this time, delivery time was absolutely reasonable and the courier was genuinely friendly. I hope Amarex can keep up this good quality.

I don't even want to leave a star! I ordered my parcel it said delivered and signature obtained but nobody had signed for it in my house! So I asked my neighbours no sign! My box had been delivered to the field beside my house in the snow, inside the box was a canvas print I had ordered which cost me 50 euro! My order was destroyed as it had been frosty rained and snow! It's an absolute disgrace and no signature was taken because it was a field it was delivered to absolute disgrace!

Parcel picked up Melbourne 30 July still not here. Contacted customer service 3 times and they say via email this has been escalated after waiting 3 days for response. Contacted local courier direct last Friday and they said coming that day Really!? Now doesn't answer the phone. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life and I use couriers on a weekly basis. I repeat... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are an absolute disgrace.

23rd of February item arrived at depot, only 30 minute drive from my house. It has been there for 9 days. Tried phoning the depot at Welshpool western Australia and was on hold for 2hrs21minutes today without answering my call. Yesterday was in contact with the online info service who said that my request would be passed onto the depot and marked for a priority search. Got back in contact with online communication today this time they asked for all of my details and a description of the package. I would suspect that they have lost my package. If not delivered tomorrow then I will have to do an eBay cancellation.

They never deliver to your door, the driver didn't leave a card nothing then they said to me I have to pick it up from depo which is faraway from my home... very poor service and very rude people. I'll make sure the seller don't use fast way before I purchase online. This company should close down ASAP.

From Australia to the United Kingdom Fastway Couriers is well known for their unspeakable low quality of service. Every single delivery to my place has either been delayed for over a month, or got canceled all together. Their customer support is the worst and not worth the try, unless you like getting trolled. Honestly this company shouldn't exist, yet they keep operating under their new name Amarex.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Amarex (formerly Fastway Couriers). Try arrange other carrier for shipping, or use other seller if necessary, since in some areas only Amarex (formerly Fastway Couriers) would pick up parcels from sellers.

I have a parcel from Sydney and one from Melbourne that are supposedly coming to me in Perth. Both have currently been in transit for almost 1 month, no tracking updates nothing., they don't even know where they are I just keep getting told to wait 3 more days. They blame Covid but everybody else seems to be no more than a couple of days late.

Don't expect they know your package, even promised from Account Managers assured, super unprofessional, frustrating deal with them. The only guys you can deal may be the CEO and warehouse manager below, good luck!

This would be the worst courier company I have ever had dealings with, in the last week two delivery one took weeks and had to chase up

Other never arrived at all an no help from there customer service just passing the buck

Never again will I buy from any company uses them for there delivery

Only 1 of two parcels delivered. Checked the tracking number online it says both were delivered. No phone number working to contact and the email customer service is brutal. Still waiting almost 2 weeks later and heard nothing yet.

These people should not be in the transport business as they simply have no idea what they are doing. They never answer their phones snd are damaging businesses all over Australia keep away from them and run to the hills when you hear fast way / slowest way couriers

I ordered two items from eBay - completely separate orders. Sydney to Sydney was given a 14 day estimate! Neither item arrived - I requested eBay to intervene and was given a refund for both items. Never use this company - if you do you never will again.

On Friday 15th January 2021 I purchased a Powertrain Yoga Stability Disc Home Gym Pilate Balance Trainer Blue for $24 from Bunnings MarketLink but I never received the parcel since they deliberately lost it so I would avoid using this company since they obviously couldn't carless about their customers.

I booked (through Transdirect) for fastway to show up on Tuesday to pick up my package. The courier never showed up! I re-booked for Wednesday and it was a no show again! I re-booked for Friday and the courier never showed up and it was 3:30pm so I decided to cancel this booking and send it via Australia Post!

Ordered 1 x 5 Lt bottle of sanitizer never turned up my tracking history stated after almost 3 weeks no one at delivery address parcel was taken back to fastway couriers bendigo depot and could be colected from their id been home all week no courier turned up and my box wasn't carded i wondered what was going on i contacted i tryed calling fastways in Bendigo 15 times over 10 days but each time get the automated messsge telling all out operators are busy and one will be with you shortly you stay on the line for 10 to 15 min the music stops playing the ph starts ringing and then it runs you back through the same message again running a loop i contacted the supplier and told them my box wasn't carded iv been home all week and my parcel was taken back to fastways depot in Bendigo and they want me to pick it up from there i explained this was a 2 1/2 hour round trip they supplier was the best couldn't do enough to help me they said we can give you a refund or post out another item i asked them to post another 5Lt container of sanitizer out but to a different address because this is a business and is always open the supplier said that will go out today and if i happened to go to Bendigo in the near future to call into Fastways and collect the first item and i could have this at no charge for the inconvenience around 2 weeks later my tracking history told me my parcel had been delivered at the new address on the 9/8/20 this was a sunday and fastway couriers don't deliver Sunday's their was nothing at the new address so i waited all day monday and still nothing turned up i drove to fastways Bendigo to retrieve both parcels i rand the bell on the door and waited 5 to 6 min the door opened up 1/2" and it was what can i do for you i started to explain the tracking messages i got and i was told i don't need to know that i just need the tracking N0 this lady was rude rude rude 10 min standing there waiting when 2 other guys pulled up also waiting for assistance and one guy wasn't happy his parcel was also missing this rude lady came back cracked the door open and told me my items were destroyed i said what do you mean destroyed it was classed as dangerous goods and its been destroyed i said well my tracking history said my first order was brought back to this depot and now you telling me you've destroyed it the second tracking history stated the delivery had been made sunday rubbish she said we don't deliver sundays i said well its Monday and still nothing has been delivered but it stated in my tracking history it's been dropped off she said both parcels had been destroyed i asked why no one answers the ph here as iv been trying to contact fastway couriers for the past 10 days and no one takes my call rubbish she told me i was calling the wrong N0 i opened my call log read the number out to this rude... she said it was correct i asked her what gives you the right to destroy customers property she said it was classed as dangerous goods i said if that was the case why would you pick it up in the first place she then told me that the package had been disguised i told her i don't believe that and she slammed the door shut as i was getting in my car one of the other customers that had been waiting for service said to me their never using this in not so many nice words... again and said did your stuff go missing to no it was destroyed that old chestnut he said burst open and leaking i said well they destroyed it saying it was dangerous goods sounds like he was fed up with this courier service i sat in my car and listen to her arguing with this guy while i rang my supplies to inform them both parcels had been destroyed and their company had implicated in a cover up he said what your been accused of disguising the parcels he told me they were 2x 5Lt bottles of sanitizer with the postal info stuck on the back of the containers he said they were not boxed wrapped just the container as you see it in the pic he said they had tried several times to call fastways after my first contact to get it sorted he said we email them and still hasn't got a reply back he said they would refund the money and open an investigation as they have had no problems with the same items being delivered before but to much stuff going missing or destroyed

This company is the worst I have ever encountered. Their "Fast" delivery took 22 days! Not only that, they have changed the delivery address and dropped the parcel off to a stranger. Took two months to advise where they delivered - way too late! Very rude people to deal with.

Fastway Bendigo, the courier that does not deliver.
Last week I was home when all day when they supposedly tried to deliver a large parcel to my home; a card was left. On the Fastway website you can fill out a form to have your item redelivered; which I completed. No parcel arrived on the selected date. When I called the Bendigo depot the women who answered the phone refused to help me and would not look up any details. I called there head office in Melbourne three times to resolve the issue. Despite emails and requests sent to Bendigo I received no response.
After trying to call them the last couple of days someone finally answered the phone again at Bendigo depot; the same toxic women I talked with previously. I asked if they had my parcel on board for delivery today, my son's birthday present and was told that they don't do redeliveries today. "It's been a week, when do you do them?" I asked. No response. I advised that I would be sending a reliable courier to pick up my item as it is large and I cannot get out there with three boys under four to pick it up without a car. I enquired if someone would actually be present at their office for Pack and Send, a helpful courier in Bendigo, to pick it up for me. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been out there in the past during their supposed opening hours to pick up a parcel that should have been delivered in the first place, to find no one there. MS toxic hung up on me without answering.
I have written and called Melbourne to lodge a complaint now and in the past to have something done about their Bendigo branch; still the same inefficient, rude people run the franchise.
Unfortunately I am not alone in my despair for this wretched company. I have spoken with a number of people, many elderly, who have been at home and been left a card, Bendigo depot refusing to deliver to people with no ability to pick it up.
To the people of Bendigo I advise that if you are making an order ensure that Fastway is not the courier, you're throwing money away on delivery that does not occur. To businesses delivering to customers in this area I implore you not to use Fastway, unless you enjoy angry customers. There seem to be no repercussions for this franchise; any inept imbecile can get in. If anyone at Melbourne Fastway is reading this you need to get better people to run this depot.

It takes one bad apple to spoil the rest.
Had the rudest courier driver, worst experience. Was awaiting a parcel in extreme excitement, when the driver finally delivered, he was sweaty and rude. Yelled at me that he couldn't find the address, and when he did, he couldn't get in the building, either cos he couldn't read numbers, or he was having a bad day - not my problem. I made a complaint about the courier service, to the online shopper i shopped with OZSALE btw, and they said they'd pass this on.
I have another parcel still in transit with them, i'm sure they'll do everything they can to make it difficult for me to receive it.
