Feldfire

I placed an order for Haix boots with Feldfire.com. Nowhere did it say that they were drop shipped from the manufacturer, or that it would take a week for them to ship. In fact, they claim next day shipping. More than a week went by with no notification of shipment. Several emails went unanswered and when I called that is when they informed me that it was drop shipped and if there was going to be a longer than normal delay that they would let me know. I never heard back. So now I have no boots, no idea when or if they will ever ship, and I am out almost three hundred dollars until I can get my card issuer to take action. I would avoid them at all costs.
