They couldn't get my pets name or age straight. Constantly requested information for 2 years when my pet is only 4 months old. Refused to cancel the policy except by phone when everything they do is by computer. Oh, and they only have east coast office hours. Bots keep you from contacting a human, even though they say they'll have someone contact you. They have had my claim for over two months and have done nothing but harass me with meaningless texts/emails. They won't pay on a claim so please save your money and don't use these company.
