The flagpole is very nice, however it cost me several thousand dollars and I am having trouble getting a warranty issue fixed. The sales and service people are COMPLETELY USELESS, and seem to do nothing but make sure that you send your payment. It seems that you need special credentials to speak with an administrator. Did I mention that the flagpoles cost SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS? After you send them your kid's college fund to put a pole in your lawn, don't expect any help or service from them. There must be other reliable companies that provide these type of services. This was certainly not worth this amount of aggravation. Did I mention that the flagpoles cost SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS?
This company does the bare minimum. I ordered a flagpole and expected to get it by christmas. Every time I called the agents said they were taking care of it. Finally, they sent it and I didn't get it by Christmas but they said that they did "technically" everything they could. Also, site says money back guarantee and there is a 20% restocking fee. It's an awful lot of money to spend for a company that obviously doesn't care about customer service. I do not recommend the headache of dealing with them. Go elsewhere!

I read warning reviews and didn't heed them. :( Don't make the same mistake.
