This website is easy to use, they have a the cutest variety of clothing and many accessories to choose from. All the items I have purchased here have been good, with no damage or quality issues. Sometimes there are long delivery or shipping times depending on the quarantine, but other than that it's a great store. I get everything from here for my little girls. Its price is also cheaper than most online stores. Also, they always have some kind of discount. 10/10 would recommend.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago which failed to arrive! After a little bit of correspondence the lady offered to post another item but in a different colour to ensure I got it next day delivery- we are now a few weeks on from the second attempt and still no item and all emails being ignored. It's a shame as items looked lovely but customer service will let this company down! Requested a refund but no reply...

This site is fraud because I ordered an item on the new year day up to date I haven't received it. I contact them and they said, they have delivered which wasn't true, now they don't respond to my emails anymore. Nobody should buy from them. Fraudulent

I ordered from them on 22nd Dec 2020 and have never received the item. I have requested a refund and been ignored. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Over a month ago now I returned 2 items to this company for refund. After 2 weeks I sent an email and contacted them via Facebook messenger for an update. My email was returned as non deliverable and my messenger ignored. The website has been taken down and it is impossible to find a phone number or address for them. Eventually I did get a response via messenger asking if this had been dealt with an assuring me. Would be processed the next day. That was now 2 weeks ago and again they are not responding. Absolutely disgusting. This "company" are nothing but criminals. Oh and I should add there is nowhere on their Facebook page to leave a review so I commented on one of their pictures with my review, which funnily enough has been deleted. Cannot stress enough whilst their clothes may look pretty it is not worth the hassle... and the quality is pretty poor anyway.

Have purchased now on a few occasions now and was pleased with most of the clothes and so of course continued purchasing, however on easter sunday when we where wrapping the coat and boots we had previously purchased wer shocked and disappointed no notice the poor and unacceptable quality of the boots. On inspection you could clearly see the glue that was holding the boots together, very very bad looking and so obviously could not give our granddaughter. I hav since sent 4 emails to the company and hav not even had the curtsey of a reply and so hence this bad review. Nearly £40. For a 1yr olds boots that are of new use at all. Actually shocked these wer ever sent out this Company obviously cannot hav any quality control inspections.My family and friends will also no longer be buying from Flamingo&Fox and so by ther total lack of customer service they hav lost 4 fairly regular customers.

Bough a Rudolph dress when it came it was too small so I returned it recorded delivery, never got a refund and now the website has disappeared and they have come off social media! No doubt she will be trading under another name soon!

Still haven't received my items after over a month. Even after emailing the company numerous times they have failed to respond within a week which is ridiculous. I strongly urge everyone NOT to order from here. Also I haven't even received an immediate refund as of yet. Awful experience at this time of year!

I waited 3 weeks for a dress I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived and was highly disappointed In The quality, nothing like the picture or description. Was missing the bow. When I emailed them their replay didn't make sense. I highly recommend you don't purchase from this website

Made an order nearly a month ago now which may I add was not a cheap order, I paid next day delivery for it not to turn up then be told it would take up to 18 days then be told it would be dispatched 2 weeks ago and then again told it would be with me by Saturday just gone and still not even a tracking number. My emails are now being ignored and so is all other communication. Poor service.

The dress I bought for my daughter is beautiful and fits perfect to the true size. There was confusion with the delivery mainly due to me incorrectly entering 1 digit wrong on my postcode by Taylor helped me amazingly, even when it must of been frustrating lol I can't thank her enough and I would recommend this company to everyone not only on their clothing but their 5 star customer service. Thank you

I ordered my items in December they didn't arrive until January by which point they were no longer needed. They were also massive so wouldn't have been suitable even if they had of arrived. I sent the items back recorded about 3 weeks ago and have still received no refund and they have seemingly gone off social media. Really disappointed as clothes are lovely! Don't bother!

Returned item timely with all flamingo requirements met. No refund. No contact at all. Because I was too sick to escalate PayPal before 7/5/23, PayPal did nothing to help get my money back. Deal with this company at your own risk. I will never deal with a schister a second time. Don't count on PayPal protection either. They do not give clear instructions. This 80 year old double amputee was just cheated out of $37 she could not afford to lose. Ii really detest. Cheaters. If I only had a voodoo doll! I do have photos of my proof of return exactly as "flamingo shop" requires! Thet get minus 10 stars from me!

I ordered items for my grand daughter, the goods i received are nothing like the photo and when i returned them with a signed POD i never received any refund. After weeks and weeks of e-mail correspondence i still have not heard back. Be warned this website is a con selling very poor quality items absolutely nothing like the photos shown and when you send them back you do not get a refund. Please do not fall victim.

Ordered on 28th November never received items ignored my refund request tried to blame Royal Mail but didn't have any tracking information. Considering I found most of the stores items they stock on Amazon recently makes me think this is just a drop shipping site that has no idea what they are doing

Sent me wrong item out in my order because they didn't have the item In stock that I ordered so instead of telling they sent something else out. They said they would refund me the postage payment back when I sent it back to them which I am
Still waiting for. I'm also still waiting for my order I made been told it got sent out and should be with me over a week ago. Emailed them numerous of times and you just get ignored

Ignored all my emails asking when my item would be sent out as I ordered over a month ago, every comment on their Facebook page gets deleted and no response from emails or Facebook messaging!

I would never use this company again. Scammers!
I placed an order in December, also paying for the the express delivery - which was far from express. I returned this order paying for recorded delivery, they have not responded to any of my emails or messages & I am still awaiting a refund! Do not waste your time or money in this shambles of a company!

I ordered 2 dresses in beginning of December which I sent back with recorded delivery as they wasn't suitable, I have emailed the company 3 time still.no reply and no refund so £73 down not happy at all

Placed an order December with guaranteed Christmas delivery it's now 16th January and I still haven't received the refund. I contacted flamingo & fox saying I hadn't received my order on 1st jan for them to respond they would give me a refund which would be processed on the Monday(4th) I waited a week still no refund, contacted them again and now I am been ignored. Contacted them again via email - ignored again. Contacted them on social media now I'm blocked! And this is why people don't shop small and buy from companies they know! So basically they've stolen over £60 off me which is just fantastic... NOT!

Returned a dress that was ridiculously small for my daughter. Tracking says it was received 12 days ago. No refund has been received and they're not returning my contact through their contact form! No contact number either
