I am a pro with these types of programs. FS is a bait and switch at best. It offers dozens of various capabilities and delivers very few. Most of the apps do not work, do not report, and fall short of the advertised abilities. The only time you will hear from customer service is when your complaint is public and they are trying to cover their backside so more idgits will buy their crap-ware. It's junk,,,,No! It's expensive junk. I don't know which to recommend but, I know which Not-to...Flee far away from FS...

Tried mspy 9 months. Worked well in the beginning, then started disconnecting from target phone and glitching. Kept having to uninstall and reinstall frequently. Support had me keep doing the same things over and over to "fix" it. Stopped getting MMS and pictures from target phone several months ago with no explanation or resolution. Trading over to flexispy.

We were using Ogymogy. Their service regularly quit working for no reason and their customer service was terrible. We spent hours on the phone or chat trying to get it to work. Finally we found flexispy thank goodness!

I attempted to monitor my spouse's device using several applications, but every one of them required root access to view their social media. Where do i begin? Right from start, mspy wouldnt do right. Only updates every so often and only gets some texts or calls not all of them. The screen recorder never worked even tho i had permissions on on the target phone. Doesn't download pics videos or any social media. Cant see emails or web history. I reinstalled it twice and still didn't work. I paid 83.99 for 3 months service, under the impression I would be able to see everything on the target phone and even access the camera and listen in to the surroundings, only to find out u had to pay extra for that and on top of that what i was supposed to be able to see access i couldn't bc it wouldnt update or work properly if at All! And then when I tried to get a refund they wouldn't give me one which is unacceptable!

I have used Flexispy in the past but thought I would try MSpy instead. Big mistake! The app didn't capture any data except for call logs, contacts and an occasional update GPS location. Also, I forgot my password and clicked the link for a new one and it took almost a day for them to send the link to reset it. MSpy maybe for some but not for me. I'm switching back to Flexispy.

Purchased one of their preprogrammed phones with pre-installed software. The software didn't work and when I reached out to company, they wanted an additional $950.00 as they claimed they shipped the wrong phone. I kept their communications as they were rude and downright abusive. You were warned.

I have flexispy installed on two target devices, a phone and a laptop. We've been customers for over a year and this is the second time we've encountered a long duration without syncing. The first time was over one month, this time it has surpassed 2 months and is not acceptable. We paid for a service, and are not getting it. Frustrating. They tell me I need to reinstall on my devices... Which they will charge me for.

I took advantage of the Xmas promotion and it works well for call and SMS spying on Android. I tried for iOS, it didn't work. Had to use ᥴᥡᑲᥱrһᥲᥴks;;ᥒᥱt. For IOS and WhatsApp spy. Overall, Flexispy works fine and the technical support is very responsive.

I switched from Mspy to FlexiSpy because Mspy was not only more expensive, but it took hours for logs to load. None of the App services worked. No pictures or videos loaded. When I checked my sons phone, there were text messages and photos that did not show up in my logs. Customer support was decent, but still hard to solve problems.

FlexiSpy was so efficient, enabled me to see things that I could not see otherwise. The important thing is that it's stable, I have never had to apply any change since the initial installation. Yes, it's that good. The most used features included "app screenshots" and "locations", but there are so many other features that could be used, and actually used, successfully. I did not have drastic problems with it, any issue that I needed to address, I sent email to the support team, and received a timely response. Usually, there was no need for that also, because it's stable and works as expected, you just need to pass the learning curve. Before FlexiSpy, I have used two other competitor apps (one known in particular), but there is no competition, FlexiSpy is far better than the others. Especially, I will mention again the stability of the app, simplicity, and features that really work, and keep working, unlike the competitor app that I had to uninstall and reinstall too many times, with no avail. Quality comes at a price, and although FlexiSpy is more expensive than the others, it is also much better, and if you don't have time to waste around, and need real results, then I advise you to go on FlexiSpy, don't waste your time and money on other apps.

Flexispy does not work! When it was initially installed it pulled a few pieces of data from the target device but nothing after that. I paid $200 for 3 months and do not have one day's worth of data.
Forget about talking to a representative or having someone answer your email; before you purchase they are quick to answer and are extremely helpful, after paying and installing, just forget about ever hearing from someone. Save your time and money!

Generally have heard good things not bad ones. But I will need some more time to make a more accurate decision.

The call recording and GPS tracking features are my favorites. I haven't encountered any major problems with FlexiSPY. The technical support team has been helpful when needed. Compared to a competitor's product, FlexiSPY offers superior functionality.I find it suitable for concerned parents and employee monitoring.

If icloud is not synchronized, you cannot view data and will send emails to the target email address. It's not what they advertise. Totally unusable and non-refundable

The installation is a very complicated process and you can't do it instantly as they would like you to believe, BEWARE that once you pay you have to book the installation with engineers online. Flexispy customer service is ultra slow. I have been chasing a really unhelpful man called Paul which takes 6 days minimum to answer the most basic email. Wouldn't even rate them a star and give profit to only human friendly companies. These people are clearly in for the money not caring about their customers.

Had clevguard but keep having issues. Need something more reliable. Heard flexispy is a better app to use.

I switched from Spyrix to flexispy.
I did not enjoy the user experience from spyrix login in and out was always an issue no matter how many times I changed the password. Don't like the layout and the inconsistency of the screenshots and other settings. I am so glad I switched.

Terrible customer service... pressure you into buying added extras... mis-sold me features... did not uninstall for me as they originally installed and had to factory reset my device. Had to push hard to get my money back

Filled out this review for their trade in option. Cost was outragous.
Mspy half the featrures would not work and my child was able to remove it with the android anti-virus. After installing it would pop its self up and ended up using more screen time than the apps my child was using
