If I could give zero stars I would! Flightshall did not book the flight! Now flights are way more expensive and the site assures 24/7 customer service via phone yet NOBODY EVER ANSWERS! You get some random tone to leave a voicemail with an automated voice. It does not even sound like a professional line. I am so upset right now because my birthday trip is cancelled and ruined. :( When I reached someone using the chat service (which took 20 minutes to even get a response), the agent did not even try to help resolve the issue.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
