Steve. I believe you're confuse. I'm not hurting your business YOU ARE, the house was ready for epoxy floor, walls still have epoxy splattered over multi spec paint, that's architecture paint, can't be touched up, was to be repainted, the ceilings in the house are tongue and grove, there's no way trash can pass through, your son and helper traveled in and out of floor with cleats tracking onto floor, the door way you used looks as kids have been going in and out on a rainy day, after your first attempt that had to be sanded off because of all the trash, this is when I showed you all the sanding dust on window seals and conduits, the floor wasn't cleaned properly, I ask up front if floor should be primed first, you said No, also when I hired you to do our floor, you did recommend an industrial product, we don't use forklifts, it'ext customer doesn't pay for mistakes made by unknowing customers like me, it's easy for you to blame the home owner, doesn't cost you a dime, well, I'm out 8000.00 dollars for a mess, non professional works performed by floor wariors. That changed their name shortly after we paid for training, I will happily invite anyone to look at this floor before having you do their's, I not trying to harm your business, you're doing a great job of that yourself, I would like everyone to know I just retired form construction management and project management, 25 years plus, I would have never walked away from this job till it was corrected
Update on epoxy floor, floor less than a year old and its bubbling up separation from cement, AND THEY WON'T FIX IT, OR WARRANTY THEIR WORK, ALL I CAN SAY, DON'T BELIEVE THE SO CALLED WARRANTY,
STEVE COULD DO THE RIGHT THING, AND REDO THIS MESS, BUT CHOOSES NOT, ADVICE. BE SHURE THEIR WORK IS RIGHT BEFORE YOU PAY THEM, IF NOT HIS NOT COMING BACK? Hired these warriors, spent over 8000 dollars, worst quality ever, ask to make it right, blaming every mistake on the home owner, and don't believe it when they say warranty their work, not true, I asked him to redo this mess of trash and bubbles do to lack of experience installing epoxy floors. Now it's coming up,.he could still make this right by admitting he was wrong, redo this mess, and simply accept that it was his lack of experience, redo and face the fact it's the right thing to do, and the cost of doing business
