Ordered on 7th May and have subsequently heard nothing apart from acknowledgement of purchase email. I began to be suspicious and then checked websites such as Trustpilot to discover a plethora of terrible reviews. I've emailed them twice and heard nothing.
The silver lining in all this is that it's taught me to double check any websites I'm unfamiliar with now before making a purchase. Thankfully, I'm only out of pocket by £19.
My question is how the hell is this company still in operation?
I ordered a pair of slippers on the 21st of March. I neither received an acknowledgement of the order nor responses to 2 emails that I sent.
The item finally arrived on 19th April. Apart from the fact that I have since ordered a pair because I needed a replacement much sooner than nearly 4 weeks, what arrived has a fault.
I therefore want to return the pair at the quickest possible time. It says to request an RMA at the bottom of their website but there is nowhere on their website that shows where to get this. "We want you to be happy so if the product doesnt work for any reason we will accept your return. Simply Request RMA at the bottom of the website page.". Please where on your website can I request this?
So right now I am not sure how to initiate the return of the pair of slippers before the 30 days.
Not sure why they don't respond to email and social media messages yet there is not telephone contact!
