Sadly, this airport needs proper administration. Our experience was an example of that. We flew out of Nashville very early one morning being only two of four people flying out at that time. The bus driver failed to guide us properly, the airport is under renovations, and it's lacking signage to properly, direct visitors. Leslie, we had to do TSA twice and then missed our flight. Then, upon our return, late in the evening, we boarded the shuttle bus only to have the bus driver pull into the lot in a far section. We stated our car was in another area that he had passed and would he please circle around as it was 34° outside in the dark. He said no and to get out. That put two senior women dragging luggage in freezing cold weather in the dark late at night. The other couple was a palled. That is extremely poor treatment and present safety hazards, we caution you to research the airport if you choose to fly out of Nashville international airport at this time.
