Noon food.Very poor service. No refund on cancelling the oder or changing the location. The bad part is on one app has everything. This my second bad expernce with them I bought phone, after 2 months the phone had an issue which it's starts flashing gray greenish light. Which id very annoying they kept the phone for 19 days I got reply that the phone motherboard has been repaired I received the phone while check the same issue exits. I agin called the coustomer service.and they asked me to record video and send and agin they have collected the phone will wait how many days they will keep the phone I am not sure if they are going to do any thing.
It is noted that Noon is deducting money randomly from account as they keep customers card deta saved in thier data and frequently money deductions are happening, also heard from other people as well even after uninstalling the app they keep deducting money and when i called customer service they said it will be refunded but i never received refund.
I have ordered food with Noon Food. When i was tracking my order, I saw that location shows completely different from mine, so i called the driver and told him that my location not there (Actually i don't know from were appeared wrong address and even phone number) and if they would check normal noon it will be completely different. The driver said he will deliver to my current location, after 45 mins i followed up with him for the order he said it was canceled but nobody informed me, so in total i was waiting my lunch almost 2 hours, in the end i have raised complaint at least to refund my money, on what got an answer: "sorry, but we cant". Wasted my time, my money, broke the mood. Never again!

Mistaken order they locked they chat option so they don't chat with clients. They don't refund because it's a mistake happened immediately after order. No resolution. No assistance no support.
WONT REFUND AND WON'T TRANSFER THE ORDER TO THE NEAREST POSSIBLE LOCATION! Before ordering the food i updated my address but my order was delivered to my old place in Al Barsha Dubai. When my new address was in ABU DHABI. When i spoke with the team regarding this they keep on saying that it's my mistake!
How come that the customer service who accept the order from the app don't even bother to double check the customer why the written address and the pin location are not matching. And then they just informed that due to my mistake MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REFUND! How is it possible?
People order food on noon to get relief from hunger, but noon people won't deliver food and on top of that WONT REFUND!
At least NOON people should concern to inform the customer that their damn policy WONT REFUND TO ANY FOOD ORDER! I WONT EVER ORDER TO THIS APP AGAIN EVER!
Noon food customers must be aware of their much higher charges of food items in their application. It is advisable to go for Zomato or such platforms who are genuine and charge actual menu charges of the restaurant.
I ordered yesterday through Noon food and the charges were 6 dirhams higher that the restaurant. When I enquired, I was told that once you have paid, it is as good as you have accepted our higher price. They claimed that they have charged me less on delivery (instead of 8 dirhams only 5 dirhams) whereas in actual restaurant deliver food FREE.
My sincere request with all to check with restaurant before ordering through Noon Food. I found them to be non ethical.
We cannot cancel the order even the order placed in seconds before, no refund no credit nothing!

Worst food food delivery application, was tracking the driver, he took the food order from macdonalds which is 5 mins away from my house and took 45 mins to deliver! As he stoped near my house for 45 mins! I called him many times he seemed chill and he stoped answering me, food came very cold and in very bad quality with missing Items! I called noon to tell them part of my order is missing! And food is in very bad quality and that they can come collect it as sandwich was torn in middle! They refused saying they will refund 5 Aed which is 25% of the missing item! They didnot even refund the full amount or get me the item that was missing! And ofcourse I didnot eat the food as it was in a very bad quality. Worst application
