I was kinda skeptical when I first ordered since I'd read many negative reviews online... but I decided to buy the shirt anyways. It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive the sweatshirt was perfect. The only problem was that their prices were kinda expensive but overall I was happy with the sweatshirt.

My daughter ordered two items and after months of waiting we finally received only one! I have tried to call the number and not in service. I have emailed 4 times and no one is getting back to me. Basically they stole $25 from my 12 year old! This company sucks. Does anyone know where we can file a complaint? I'm so angry.
I ordered a hotline bling sweater for my best friend fro christmas 2 weeks before christmas thinking maybe it would be like a week late or something but no ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS! I understand i live in canada and thats far but when i ordered from victorias secret it took like 2 weeks so if u live in canada or need to get something asap then DO NOT order from here. Either way you could probably make their items on your own anyway. Still waiting to receive my sweater so wish me luck aha

I have never written a review on an online retailer in my life. This place is horrible... ordered 3 weeks ago, I called to see if the top would be here for Xmas which was the reason I ordered so early, they are saying it will not be here till January. There was no indication anywhere on their site it would take this long. Their voicemail is full, no one answers the phone or responds to email. Maybe the Las Vegas Nevada address should have warned us. Horrible, disappointing company.
My daughter ordered a Hoodie sweatshirt from Fresh-Tops website on December 25,2015. She ordered it as a Guest on their website. They emailed her the Order Confirmation # and said it was on back order. They deducted the $30.00 off of my credit card right away. Today it is February 1,2016 and her order has been in "pre-shipment" mode since January 8,2016 according to the usps tracking #. They have a automated email response which keeps saying the same thing. Do not buy from this company!
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought 3 items on May 11th 2017. I returned one because it was NOTHING like the picture. Somehow I FINALLY talked to a lady on the phone, she emailed me a return label, so I shipped it back immediately. I've never heard from them again! I lost a lot of money and cannot make contact. I tried through twitter (@FreshTops), the phone again *******797), and two emails (*******@fresh-tops.com, *******@fresh-tops.com), and now FB. What horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM FRESHTOPS!
I am certain this company does not exist. Their website should be removed. They will take your money and you will not receive a response, refund or any merchandise! Avoid at all costs!

Took over two months to get our order. Every time I tried to call (during the site's posted hours) I got an automated message that they were not taking calls. Every time I emailed customer service I immediately got an automatic message back that said my order was already on the way even though UPS tracking clearly said otherwise. I feel very fortunate that I even got my order. Too bad too cause their shirts are super cute. They could actually be four times more successful if they just cared and hired a PR person who gave a d@m^
WORST online shopping experience EVER! Communication is ridiculous with this company:
1. Received a confirmation email with my order #
2. Received an email saying I need to complete my order(?)
3. Received an email that my order has shipped the day after I processed my order
4. They really didn't ship it - they generated the shipping label B4 the order is ready
4.3 weeks later and a missed holiday - I still don't have my order and they aren't replying to my emails and are closed until the beginning of the year.
I ordered a sweatshirt that says "Back at it again with the white vans". The shipping was very fast only a week and I was so excited. When I opened the package and looked, yeah it was what I ordered but it was a medium that didn't fit me at all and it was a Gildan brand! I paid $35 for a Gildan brand. I just emailed them and now to see what they are going to do. It's such a scam.
They dont know how to run a business! They dont even ship the whole shipment out. They take your money ASAP, but if you get your package who knows! The product and quality is to be determined depending if you order the right things. They dont care of the fact if you even receive your items as long as they took your money there good! Dont get me started on the tracking they create the label two months in advance just so you get the tracking confirmation then your package disappears...
Bitterly disappointed, bought a shirt for my daughter for Christmas from fresh tops, looked great on the website only to be horrified when it arrived. Looked like it had been sewn by a 3 year old, has such a high neck that I'd be surprised if my daughter can get her head through it! Printing is faded to a dark blue instead of black. Looks like it came from a back alley shop in Asia for $2 not from USA at a much higher price.
I placed an order for a Pelican corner Pink Crewneck for my granddaughter on 12/16/15, and as of 1/16/16, have not received it. I when I email them (approximately 5 times), I get the run-around that they are backed up with Chridtmas orders, but THANKS FOR SHOPPING WITH US. I sent them an email last night stating that if I don't receive this item by next week, I would contact the BBB and the Attorney General's office in Las Vegas about their practice, and I will do this. What a ROTTEN company!
The website pictures look nothing like the crap I received! What a bull$#*! $#*! company! It took me a month and a half to get 8 shirts too! Stay away from this company
My daughter ordered a top for her best friend for Christmas. Only response from company was to charge my credit card and to say they would be in touch when the item had shipped the nothing. Tried to follow up with an email and by phone but no response. Got American Express to dispute charge after reading very negative reviews about the company online. Would not recommend using this company.
Took over a month to get my shipment... they still haven't gotten me one of the shirts I ordered with it. Very upset. I also tried calling. No one picked up. Tried email. No response. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will be disputing this with my credit card company, as should everyone else with these types of issues. Thanks for stealing my money fresh tops. J

This website is baiting and switching kids to the "coolest" clothes and in the process stealing parents money. I ordered on Nov 1 and today is the 20th. I'm pissed that I don't have my product and the fact that FASHION TOPS STOLE $22 of my hard earned money. Wish I would've read the reviews first, but like most parents... anything for my kid. I'll never so this again. Sorry to everyone who've also been robbed by fashion tops
I ordered a shirt from them, it came two weeks later, but the medium was huge (it didn't say the sizes were unisex) so I emailed them, because there is no phone number available to see if I could exchange the shirt. They never contacted me back, but I was in a time crunch because I needed the shirt in three weeks before I move from this apartment to another state. I sent the shirt back, and paid $14.99 for shipping, and included a note with it saying I needed it exchanged for a smaller size and in a hurry. I also emailed them again explaining that I need it, and because I had to pay so much for shipping, I expected it on my doorstep before I move. They never contact me back in any way, but I know they received the shirt almost two weeks ago because I tracked it. I emailed them today explaining how appalled I am at their lack of customer service, and how I probably paid $40+ for absolutely nothing in return. I would ask for my money back, but they probably won't respond to that, either. Horrible company, I just wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money.
The first time I ordered, I bought a hat and it took a month to come in but I didn't mind because I live in Australia. It was the wrong hat, but I still didn't mind because I liked it anyway.
The second time I ordered, I splurged and bought two t-shirts and a hoodie (I would have ordered from a more reliable source but I couldn't find any other places that sell the hoodie). This was last November and it's now March - I still haven't received my order, even though my order supposedly arrived in Melbourne based on their track. I can't get in contact with them because my email says that their address is invalid. I'm so upset about this because I spent over $100 and my money has been wasted. Definitely NEVER ordering from here again and I wish I checked reviews after they stuffed up my first order.

Like many of the reviews, Fresh Tops is horrible. They are so quick to take your money but won't deliver in a timely manner. It's been two weeks and I henebr received my order. I called customer service and the person on the phone did not state their business name. I really think this is someone operations out of their garage. Be forewarned, do not buy anything from this website.
WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM EVER! They need to be shut down! It is blatant stealing! I will never ever order from this place again! I ordered on 12/14 and never got my order. They sent me a tracking number and I tracked it after the 7-10 business days as they said to do and it doesn't even show that it left Nevada! Nor response to emails or phone calls. I will be disputing this charge on my card!
I placed my order 12/5/2015 it is now 1/15/2016 and I still have not received my order. I have sent them 5 emails and I am told my order will be shipped shortly. I still have nothing, have requested a full refund and at this point I feel they don't want to refund my money long story short reporting them to the BBY for investigation. I have been ripped off. I have been patient now I'm really pissed off.
