2 tickets gekocht na 2 dagen bericht dat de vlucht overboekt was en we na 3 a 10 dagen het bedrag op de rekening zouden gestort krijgen.
Helaas pindakaas na verschillende malen gemaild te hebben met bewijsstukken een mail terug dat het tot 60 werkdagen zou kunnen duren.
Als je de site probeert te openen blijkt deze niet meer te bestaan
Grrrrr weet iemand waar ik terecht kan om dit in orde te krijgen

It all started so good … polite aswers … fast aswers … by phone … bymail ….
As you can see … in the mean time … their website is no longer active … they all disappeared.
This joke costed me 5.000 euros (5.500$) …. Boum …. Baf …. Money gone!
Without pointed any fingers …. I checked the webside before paying … only positive comments ( also on this site). Even today … the website still has 3.8/5 on this website …. I should be ZERO(!) …. It should have been ZERO before i made the payement!
Anyhow … i do not know anything about this company … where are they located? Can i file a complaind? In Belgium? In there home country ( do not know what it is).is it a good idea to take a lawyer?, or isthis all just a waist of money? Can we group with other people who lost their money?
