Before you're actually able to purchase a product (I wanted to buy a $99 iPhone 3GS 32GB) you have to complete one of their "promotions" by clicking on the various links they provide.

Supposedly, only after you've completed a promotional offer are you allowed to continue through to check-out. Well, that's not the case, since like a dummy, I decided to try out one of their affiliate promotions by completing the offer. Even after I completed the offer froonie.com still didn't let me advance to checkout!

What a joke of a site. They're just trying to lure people with low prices but then scamming them into filling out promotional offers for other vendors, etc., (which I am sure they're collecting some kind of kick-back).

I would just suggest people to avoid this site all-together. Don't waste your time and if something sounds too good to be true... just remember, IT PROBABLY IS!:-)

I too went on Froonie and submitted for a bookclub deal. Their next step was to have you submit the names and e-mail address of 5 of your friends to place an order. This is where I drew the line now I have to get out of the bookclub deal. Again if it sounds too good to be true it most likely is.

I don't think that his was a good website. They try to get you to buy all of these great deals, like and iPod touch for 49.00 dollars, no shipping.

After reading terms and conditions, I found out that there are three advertisements that you must go throught to check out, and each buyer must purchase from one of them, and then persuade 5 friends to do the same.

I think that his would be a wonderful website except for the hidden scam. My review concludes with; "Don't buy anything from froonie unless you want to end up paying for something you don't even know about from an ad." It costs extra money, and the items in the ads are expensive.
