I ordered large shirts for a specific surgical procedure, when I call to find out when it would arrive, told it had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order, they replied "you cannot cancel, you have to do a return" I informed that I would stop payment through the bank, which I did. Never received the items they said I ordered and found other charges on my credit card after I sent email and phone call cancelling. I would say they are only a shade off from total fraud.
Tip for consumers:
I entered a disputed immediately with my bank for the merchandise charge-never paid, However, they charged me additional two nominal nine dollar and some changes twice-for some membership that I did not recall signing up for. This too is in dispute with my bank-not paid.
Products used:
None, ordered canceled and never received-although they are saying in an uncertified letter that the items were shipped after I cancelled-never received.
Worst ever. Just don't buy from this company. Bad products. Wrong sizes sent out. No refunds Customer is no help
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, please. Begging you please

Nightmare service
Update* So, Cuup Inc mailed me a letter 11/8 that was a bill for the amount of the order that was never delivered. This is after I completed their bizarre affadavit that had to be snail mailed.
So, believe the negative reviews. For starters, they are one of the only remaining companies that do not offer free returns unless you receive a store credit. I like their bras, but their service is a nightmare. 1 order did not show up but showed delivered...they sent me an affidavit to complete which is fine with me. (if it is over $200 you need to file a police report too lol) But the only way to get it back is to snail mail this form.
Thanks, sitejabber, for letting us put real reviews on here! Lots of merchants no longer want reviews, including big-time loser Google. Fullbeautybrands has plus-size clothing companies & they own Brylane Home. I'm a size 18-20, sometimes 16 depending on the garment.
I have bought from many of their companies for over a decade: WomanWithin, Ellos, Roamans, Jessica London & Brylane Home. They always have on the covers of their print magazines "free gift!" icons or "Use Promo Code!" icons. As an expert online shopper, NOT a Covid newby, I ALWAYS use the codes. I have YET to receive one single "free gift". When I call them, they put the burden on the customer to tell them what the promo code was or what the free gift code was. Well, thank God I keep these magazines by the potty for long reading, if you catch my drift. Even when I TELL them the codes, they deny they're even on the magazines. I am uploading a screen shot only of recent orders as well as a few of the mags with their fraudulent gifts/free shipping codes displayed on front.
To make matters worse, YOU CANNOT WRITE A REVIEW of the products you purchased! Wth? They are clearly violating the Deceptive Trade Practices/FTC new rules warning big companies (Amazon, the BIGGEST offender) to stop posting fake reviews. Given that I am a "verified purchaser", I can tell you personally that I am NOT writing the reviews on their sites, they refuse. A screen pops up "ooops! This page no longer exists!"
It is further insulting to be denied a credit card with them. We all know here in the USA that our credit reports have been f---d up for ages, LONG before Covid job loss. When I called Experian recently, guess what I found out? The USA is NO LONGER maintaining our credit reports- that has been outsourced to another country like everything else.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything expecting to get a free gift or free shipping code. You will NEVER receive the gift & they deny they're offering free shipping codes now. See photos. You no longer get to write reviews of your purchases, thereby blocking the consumers from warning other consumers of bad products (flannel night gowns are NOT flannel but scratchy, stiff material, etc.) I suggest ordering real flannel pajama products from Land's End. It's more money, but you actually get real flannel.
