Taking money from my account for a service that has not being used, my daughter only visited the website and to her knowledge didnt accept any charges and my mobile phone account has been charged on a weekly basis ever since, customer service link doesnt work after several attempts and no phone number to call them to sort it out. Hopefully now cancelled after third party intervened.

These guys are supposed to receieve a confirmation text from you before they send anything thru to your phone. I sent no such text! I receieved 4 txts in the space of 5 minutes. And my phone was charged at $5 per txt. They tell you to sms stop to 4414 and give you an 0800 number to ring to cancel. I sent 8 stop texts and rang the number, there was no reply the first dozen times. When I got the second lot of txts I rang the number again and got an automated machine. After being charged $40.00 all up I`m sure hoping it`s stopped. This is a horrendous scam!
