I sent them my money for a membership. I got my VIP access for about a week then it disappeared. I have tried every method possible to contact them multiple times. Email, Telegram, not a single response. All I want for them to do is fox my membership. They list 24/7 customer service, don't fall for that. I left a review on a different site and the company immediately responded calling it a fake review telling me to email them. I offered to send them screenshots of all of my attempts to contact them since there is absolutely nothing fake about my review. They never responded back. I emailed again, but like they said and you guessed it. Almost two days and no response! I thought the service was great for the week I had it but at this point, they're just stealing my money. Use a service that actually does have real customer service.

If you join and have an issue, don’t expect anyone to respond to you!

Invested $50,000 in the company. Very polite specialists and masters of their craft. But! There is a big But! These are SCAMs! They deceived me and did not withdraw my money! I turned to support (at) fast-recovery(.)io specialists for help. I still can't believe they really exist. Big thanks to these guys! TOOK MY MONEY OUT!

C'est des escrocs, les signaux sont bidons, le 1er jour en plus d avoir payé 500 dollars pour des signaux bidons à vie malgré avoir tout suivi TP et SL aucun n est ok mais -120€je me suis bien fait avoir et je regrette. Ne tomber pas dans le piège et REMBOURSEMENT IMPOSSIBLE mmdddrr leur réponse je ne suis pas un spameur, je suis une personne qui c'est bien fait avoir! Remboursé moi mes 500 dollars et j enlèverai mon commentaire.
Jour 2 idem que hier plusieurs signaux tous mauvais!-80 €
Leurs traders sont vraiment mauvais c'est lamentable.
Je pense arrêter de continuer à les suivre sinon c'est beaucoup plus de 700€ que je vais perdre.
Mmdddrr c'est escrocs ont supprimer mon compte et aucun remboursement c'est vraiment des voleurs La vérité les dérangent.

I must say I'm impressed with FxPremiere as I'm getting signals from other sources in their channel so I cancelled my subscription with other providers as they are all in FxPremiere
